This is a meditation to merge with the highest light of the One,
The True Master.
Go to your sacred spot,
Light a candle,
Sit comfortably,
Breathe in the light of the very highest.
Breathe in deep this light and as you breathe out release any thoughts.
Let your breath sweep your mind clean.
Breathe in the light and feel the power of its love coming into your highest mind,
Into your God Self,
Through your soul,
Into your crown chakra,
Enlightening your mind so that you can see the One Light.
And let this light continue to pour through into your throat and let the throat chakra and the radiant blue sapphire bring the power of inspiration,
Clearing any blocks that are there.
And let this light continue to move through into your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Feel that light in your hands.
Now place your hand on the crown into your heart and feel the harmony,
The peace and the love of all loves there.
Allow yourself to merge with the Master.
See the Christ and that perfect Christ consciousness coming into your heart.
Know that you can experience the Christ within and this Christ can be embodied in you as a light body.
Feel this light body merging with the rest of your body,
Healing your lungs and your liver and your organs.
See it coming to the solar plexus as a golden healing light.
And now let the peach highest radiant light come to the navel center and the sacral center and the emerald light of love fills that area,
Healing any blocks.
And an opalescent diamond now comes to the root chakra.
You are the living light of God's love.
You have the power to share this light and service.
You can walk and serve in your daily life with this power.
This power when you live with kindness,
When you embody this love in service,
Allow yourself to believe that you are this living love.
You are one with God.
You are one with the universal mind.
You are one with the cosmos.
You are one with the beauty of the infinite and that power of the infant is alive and you hear in this very moment.
Be it,
Believe it,
Live it,
Love it.
Breathe in this power of this love.
Breathe in this healing light.
Breathe in the cosmic consciousness of the one creator.
Let it merge with every cell in your body and now take a deep breath and know that you can use this power with every breath in your life.
Your life is a living reflection of God's love and light.
It is so and give great thanks for this truth and so it is.
