Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and today we're going to be in a place where we allow ourselves to let go of any fear that may be stuck in our minds and our body.

There's been a lot of fear in the air recently with the COVID virus 19.

More than I can ever remember.

And you might remember as a child,

You might have seen something that scared you in the dark or you thought there was a monster under your bed.

And then your mother or father would come and turn the light on.

And once the light was on,

You could see there was nothing to fear.

And we're going to do the same thing.

We're going to go together inside to a beautiful place of meditation where we turn on the light and allow the light to allow us to see that there's nothing to fear.

Now people experience fear in many,

Many ways.

Some people tense up and it might dwell in your face or your shoulders or your stomach.

And you might sense it as a tension.

You might sense it in your hands.

And we're going to go and look at the body and see if we can find any of those spots that may be holding stress and fear and let them go.

Some people push fear far away and it is a tension that's an inner tension into the mind.

We have to let that fear go as well.

So let's go into a state of peaceful meditation.

And you know that breath sweeps mind.

So what we're going to do first is we're going to do some breathing exercises that will help reduce that confusion and tension in your mind and your body.

So go and find a wonderful,

Quiet,

Safe place,

A spot where you can go inside or you can just breathe in light,

Hold it and breathe out love.

Releasing,

Releasing,

Releasing,

Breathing in light for four,

Holding it for four and breathing out love to your entire body.

Breathing it out,

Releasing any tension,

Breathing in love,

Holding it for four,

Breathing out that light of love to your entire mind and your body and your cells.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper within as you breathe in and you hold your breath and you breathe out.

Now let's breathe in thankfulness for a minute.

Breathing in gratitude,

Holding while you hold,

Think of something you're grateful for and then breathing out,

Being grateful for this very moment of being alive.

Breathing in gratitude,

Being grateful for something or someone in your life.

Now breathing out and as you go deeper and deeper,

Let's now be aware of something there.

Let's take a moment to breathe in a breath that will release any tension.

Let's go to your shoulders where tension can sometimes be held and as you breathe out,

Let the tension in your shoulders just go,

Just go,

Relax,

Let it go.

Now breathing in and see if there's any tension in your jaw.

You might want to touch your jaw and just put your hands around your face and let your face totally relax.

Let go as you breathe out.

Now breathe in and put your hand on your heart.

See if there's any tightness in your heart.

Breathing in love,

Holding,

Holding and breathing that love into your deepest part of your heart.

Finding the compassion of love there for you.

Do you sense any tightness,

Any fear in your heart?

We know that love overcomes fear.

So let's breathe in together love and let that love come into your heart of hearts with great compassion for any stress and fear you are feeling.

Breathing in love,

Know that you are all right.

Fear can come from not knowing what's going to happen and know right now whatever happens in this moment right now you are all right.

Shhhh,

Pioque,

You're okay.

Listen for that sound of love in your heart,

Your heart beating.

Feel that love being brought forth right now in the deepest chamber of your heart of hearts.

Let that love grow and grow.

As it grows you see that your mind is quieting and you feel that presence,

That spirit that is alive in your soul coming into your heart.

Breathe that light of your soul into your heart and now move your hand down to that place where you have your livers and your kidney,

Your spleen,

All of those organs.

Let's send them love and light.

Sense anything there that needs to be released.

If you've been overeating or sensing any fear by stress eating,

Allow that love and that light come into that whole center and let's see that center is a beautiful area of love and light and let's spin that light around in a circle right there in those chakras.

Let them be filled with a beautiful golden light that spins and frees and frees anything there and that light and that love move on down to your second chakra where you have feelings.

Allow and recognize any feelings of fear,

Any emotions there that you may have blocked.

Recognize them now.

Let them be.

They need to be to be freed.

Do you sense any tightness there,

Any fear?

Breathe into that area and see a beautiful peach colored light completely filling your entire emotional chakras there and feel a wonderful sense of compassion.

Nurture that area with anything that you might sense there that needs to be released.

Know that you're safe to recognize and release and cut the ties to any old fears,

Any ancient fears,

Any new fears.

Recognize them now and just release them and let them go.

Cut those ties.

Untie the ties and the knots there and breathe in the beautiful white light of love into that area and continue to move down to your root chakra where there is sometimes deep,

Karmic fear from other years,

From other lifetimes.

Sense that energy there and allow yourself to go deep,

Deep,

Deep into that root chakra and send ruby red light there,

The flower of ruby,

Red diamonds of light enlightening all of that base chakra.

Any tightness in the lower back,

Anything you've held on to,

Let it go.

You're safe.

You are well.

Good.

You're finding yourself more and more at peace and you allow the energy to move down your legs and through the organs and the muscles and the bones down to your knees,

To your calves,

To your feet,

Feeling that wonderful healing energy going into every single cell.

And now see yourself enveloped in your entire body surrounded by a beautiful protective white light.

This is a protective light that surrounds your whole body like an egg.

Just allow it to be surrounding you.

Let that in and extend that white light and put a gold light around it,

A protective healing light.

Let it surround your entire aura.

Let it purify your aura and if there was any fear or darkness in your aura that's come from anything you've been seeing or watching,

Let your aura now be purified.

Let it be strengthened.

If there's any worries that have come up now,

Breathe light into them.

Breathe light into your aura and feel yourself protected with a robe,

A cloak of wonderful protective energy.

And now allow yourself to feel completely relaxed,

Completely at peace,

Completely at one with this beautiful presence and we're going back into our heart of hearts and allowing our heart to speak to us.

Allow your heart to speak to you right now.

Are there any messages?

Be with your heart in this safe,

Sacred place.

Allow your soul to speak to your heart.

Let the worries of the world fade away,

Let the shadows dissipate as this light that's so bright comes to you and now go into that silence within,

That beautiful sacred silence.

Breathe in that silence.

Go deep inside that silence.

Let go,

Let go and let God be in control.

All of those problems that were you can now be let go with the greatest power of the universe waiting for you right there inside.

Know that you have the power to release fear and worry.

You can place yourself in this beautiful light and love at any time.

You can always breathe in that light and relax.

Know that you are in the beautiful space of peace and light and love and in this moment that is enough and everything else just fades away and you feel good right now.

You feel the goodness of all of you.

You feel the goodness in all of life just as it is in this very moment.

Be here now.

Believe that you are safe,

You are complete,

You are whole and you can accept and be yourself without worrying about anything.

Know that you are right now in a perfect state of holy peace and all is well.

Breathe this in.

Absorb it.

Become it.

Know that you can address any fear and release any fear by going within,

By taking the time to breathe,

To be,

To be okay.

Now let's take one more deep breath of this wonderful heavenly feeling and just be there allowing your body to be healed by this wonderful positive energy.

Allowing your organs and your tissues and your mind and your breath and your whole being to be filled with that light right now as you slowly come out of meditation.

Know that all is well.

Thank you for sharing this beautiful time of love and light and I pray for you and your loved ones and your family and I'm going to close with the Aramaic Lord's Prayer which I just love.

Father,

Mother of the cosmos,

Shimmering light of all,

Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.

Enter the sanctuary of our hearts,

Uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty.

Let your heart's desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.

Help us fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.

Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.

Let us not enter forgetfulness tempted by false appearances.

For from your astonishing fire comes the eternal song which sanctifies all,

Renewed eternally and in our lives and throughout all of creation.

We seal these words in our hearts,

Committed in trust and faith.
