Meditation Dynamics, The Power Of Spoken Word

A talk on how to convey your true voice while speaking. Your inner voice can express your soul and resonate with a frequency that will be recognized by others as a true source for them to appreciate. After having done 4 Spoken Word CDs and a radio announcer for dozens of years, I have realized the power of the spoken word. Meditation can actually increase the energy conveyed in your voice.

Welcome to another mystical perspectives and this is a talk on the power of the spoken word,

One of my favorite subjects and they'll be pulling from information from meditation dynamics,

A book by Dr.

Paul Leon Masters for self-realization,

Serenity,

Intuitive guidance,

Success and mystical illumination and from a book I wrote called prayers,

Affirmations and meditation,

Your connection to God.

My name is Reverend Cindy Palos and I have been doing spoken word for a long,

Long time.

I'm a DJ,

Have been for over 40 years and also I've done seven CDs and four of them spoken word CDs and there's a lot of power that can be conveyed through spoken word.

There's a lot of studies being actually found now that can tell you a lot about the energy conveyed and the power of the word.

Let's look at some of the principles of spoken word energy.

Every word you speak is vibrational energy.

Now this has been shown time and time again when you take the frequency patterns of a voice and you record you can see that there is indeed vibrational energy being recorded but they've also taken that to the next step where you can see the power of the words and the words that have power.

In other words,

Positive words such as love,

God,

Compassion,

Healing,

Those words actually carry more frequency energy than do other words,

Especially words that have negative impact.

So what we want to do is be aware of the vibrational energy that we convey in our spoken words because every word that you speak fills the atmosphere around you with an unseen but very real vibrational energy.

And we also know through many years,

I think about a hundred years of study now about the colors that every sound carries.

I remember getting my first Apple computer with iTunes in it and it had that ability to show these amazing colors coming out with the sounds of music and I just loved looking at all these spiraling purples and greens and this wonderful vibrational energy and so much has been done to show the power of these colors and what they carry as you sing,

Hear music and speak.

Every word that you're speaking affects on a psychic vibrational level the physical atmosphere in which it is spoken.

Now we all have heard people yelling or screaming even when it's in a movie that energy conveyed is actually carrying such a power that it can affect you physically.

There have been studies done by the U.

S.

Military.

They were done as far back as when the Vietnam War was going on.

I had a wonderful friend who was a composer,

Musician,

He did arrangements on some of my CDs and he had been in the Vietnam War and he was hired to study how sound could be used as a weapon and they were actually trying to find out if sound could kill people and we know since then of course from some of the attacks they say that happened in Cuba and other places that vibrations and energies of sound have actually been used against people that have not only lost their hearing but have had severe damage done by using sound.

So the power of sound can be so positive but can unfortunately be used as a negative.

We know that when there's submarines sending out low frequency vibrations it affects the whales and the dolphins and the sea life.

Sound is so so important to understand because the word you speak affects other human beings but it also affects animals.

You know that's true if you ever call a pet or if you get angry at a pet or you speak lovingly to a pet they respond.

Plants also respond.

The secret life of plants and much study has been done playing music to plants and speaking to plants.

Definitely the words affect all energy in human beings,

Animals,

Plants,

And even inanimate objects on a vibrational level because every word you speak is a very real psychic vibration.

Every real psychic vibrational energy coming forth from your mouth.

And when you have that sound coming through you that is inspired that's coming from your higher levels of your being from your soul that carries a different vibrational energy of psychic power that dwells and draws to itself that which is of a like nature.

So positive words bring positive results.

I live in Hawaii and we say aloha.

Aloha has a wonderful powerful meaning and it can mean so many things.

It carries the power of the word that is the presence of spirit.

Namaste the same way and many words are actually a way to greet the highest energy that you see in another being.

Because of that you set the tone literally set the tone for conversations be it positive or negative.

Because every word that you're speaking is like an invocation to the universe and it's a magnet that attracts you to the likeness of your words.

And every word you speak sets up a vibrational power in direct proportion to the intensity of force or volume with which it's spoken.

And the words you speak can cleanse or poison the atmosphere in which you are speaking.

And every word you speak is a creation vibrational force that sets in motion and attracts like unto itself.

Every word that you speak is positive,

Creates healing,

Harmonious,

Youthful and beautifying vibrational energy throughout your body.

And every word that you speak that is negative creates a self-destructive,

Unyouthful,

Beauty destructive vibration throughout your body.

And this is really true.

Even if you look in the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful,

You are wonderful,

I love you,

Your body can react to that and hear it and respond to it just as if also other words were said.

The power of the spoken word is amazing.

I've also believed when you have a spoken word with uplifting music it is extremely wonderful and healing.

I did an affirmation about communicating with the highest self in other people,

With the good in them,

The God in them.

And here's a couple of affirmations for communicating with that highest self in others.

I have the opportunity to open up the door to a higher way of expression,

A meeting place to be much more.

I make that time to engage in meaningful relationships and conversations with people.

I mirror back my highest self to others and see the God in them.

Thank you God and so it is.

Here's a brief communication with the energy of the source,

The Lord,

To communicate with the good or the highest self in others.

We are all created from your light and love,

Lord,

And I pray that I can see past all differences in others and see our similarities and our weaknesses.

May I see your spirit that lives in the heart of all people.

May that spirit bring us together in unity to communicate heart to heart,

Soul to soul with each other.

May the gift of communication bring us closer together.

I thank you for the blessings of being able to communicate heart to heart and soul to soul.

And now we're going to do a brief meditation.

So first let's go inside and breathe some clearing breaths.

Let's breathe in pure energy,

That pure,

Pure energy from the highest source of all.

Breathing it in,

Letting it fill our whole of our mind,

Our body,

Our soul.

Let it fill all parts of our highest self.

Breathing it in,

Holding it for a second,

And slowly breathing it out,

Releasing anything that is not of the highest vibrations.

Let it fill all parts of our highest self.

Breathing it in,

Holding it for a second,

And letting it fill anything that is not of the highest vibrational energy.

Breathe in from that highest light within yourself,

That light body,

And let that light body be filled with this beautiful energy that is embodied by you right here and right now.

You are being infused with the highest light of love,

That true source within.

And in this moment,

Relax.

Be centered in that light.

Be centered in your soul.

Be centered in your heart of hearts,

That light behind all lights,

And join in heart and mind with the soul of all that are here on earth,

The soul of humanity.

And see that power of the soul of humanity being filled with the light of positive energy from the spoken word of God.

From the point of light there within the mind of all,

In the very center of the mind of God,

Let that light enlighten you and the world with the power of unlimited light and love.

Energize all of your body,

Mind,

And soul.

Bring that light of lights into your very being.

Let it surround you and extend outward outward in a protective circle of light.

And now from that deepest place inside your heart of heart,

Put your hand on your heart and say the word,

Even you can do it inwardly or outwardly,

But say or think the word of love,

Love,

Love.

Now say the word Aum,

Ending with the M vibrating and humming in your heart.

Aum.

Feel that vibration filling your chest.

And focus now on your neck area and see the beautiful turquoise color that is at the center of that chakra in your neck,

The aquamarine,

And feel it being filled with the light of that translucent blue aquamarine,

Like an aquamarine pool of water.

Bathe in that energy and let your throat be filled with the centering power of the word,

The highest word,

The word of God.

And allow yourself to feel how the power of the word there feels so good,

Like a blessing,

When you say the word love.

Allow yourself to bathe in the waters of these wonderful words of love,

Goodness,

Peace,

Light.

These words are healing words,

Words that change the vibration of your energy,

Words that bring the light into your whole being.

Let those positive words surround you and extend outward in a beautiful circle of white light.

Let it be a transforming energy so that you're attuned to the highest frequency from that energy of the spoken words of love.

Envision that power of light igniting that fire there within your heart,

Enlightening you to be lifted to the one light of all love.

Call upon that light.

Call upon that love.

Bring that love of all creation present right there in you until you are lifted into the infinite light of the cosmos.

The power of that light leads you out of the darkness into the inner light of Christ,

The Christ consciousness,

The Samadhi state,

Where the light of the universe ignites that holy presence inside you.

Feel that presence and let go and release all thoughts,

Is that present is vibrating and alive in you,

Energized by the frequencies of love.

And now spend a moment connecting with that highest energy that is alive in you.

Be still.

Be in the center of the heart of light and love.

Be aware of the soul there,

That spark within that feeds all the words that come from the highest source.

Thank God for the power of these words and the word of God.

Thank God for all the healing that comes with words of love and loving kindness.

And as we slowly come out of meditation now take a few deep breaths.

And I will close with the Aramaic Lord's Prayer spoken in Aramaic.

As if spoken by the teacher himself.

As he was asked,

How would you pray and how would you speak to God?

Aavum Deiboshmaya,

Ni Tikadah Seshama,

Tei Teitim,

Al-Quta.

Nwei Te'eivinaka Kanah De'Boshmaya O Bara.

Father Mother of the Cosmos,

Shimmering light of all,

Focus your light within us as we breathe your holy breath.

Enter the sanctuary of our hearts,

Uniting within us the sacred rays of your power and beauty.

Let your hearts desire unite heaven and earth through our sacred union.

Help us to fulfill what lies within the circle of our lives today.

Forgive our secret fears as we freely choose to forgive the secret fears of others.

Let us not enter into forgetfulness,

Deceived by false appearances.

For from your eternal fire comes the eternal song,

Sanctifying all throughout creation.

We seal these words in our hearts,

Committed in trust and faith.

Amen.

And as is said in the Hawaiian tradition,

Amama amama,

Ua Noa,

The prayer is free.

And speaking of the Hawaiian tradition,

When we hear the words of chants,

We can realize that the chant is actually calling upon spirit and bringing that spirit to earth through the call.

This is also present in the native Hawaiian tradition.

The power of sound in the spoken word is great,

And we can learn to be instruments that bring the highest vibrational energy through us as we meditate and focus on the power of positive words.
