Life After Life

A talk about life after death – which I believe is a life after life. I go into ways you can go into meditation and experience your soul. Once you go to the soul, you can make a connection with Spirit and experience the energy of heaven. I include music I wrote called There is a Forever at the end after the meditation.

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palus and I'd like to talk about life after death.

Actually,

It's life after life.

Because in truth,

I really believe that there is no death.

There's just life after life.

When we are through with our bodies,

We drop our bodies and we go into spirit,

And we spend time there,

And then we come back and live another life.

I've had a chance to live many,

Many,

Many lives and I've remembered many of them.

And it's interesting because your eyes reflect the spirit of your soul,

And I've seen my eyes in many different bodies over thousands of years.

And I've had a chance through meditation to experience the heaven,

In the heavenly states and the astral state and beyond.

And it's pretty beautiful.

It's pretty amazing.

And we have such a fear of death,

Yet we know we're all going to die.

And we know that there is going to be something that happens after we die,

But most of us don't really know or believe what that might be.

I love what Khalil Gibran said.

He said,

For what is it to die,

But to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?

And when this earth shall claim your limbs,

Then shall you truly dance.

And what a beautiful image that is.

A meditation has always been an avenue for me to connect with the spirit within and with the souls of others.

I've had many chances to have beautiful messages come to me from souls who have passed on.

I wrote a book called Angel Blessings,

Messages from Heaven,

And it's a rather large book.

It's quite a big book because I've had so many experiences with that.

And I've had about four or five near-death experiences.

And they've all taught me so much.

And it started actually when I was very young when my father passed away.

I was 12 years old,

And it was the day after Christmas.

And my father had walked slowly upstairs,

I remember,

On that.

We had a rather large house,

Eight bedrooms,

And he'd walked up the stairs,

And I could see he was having a hard time.

And the next morning,

My mother screamed out,

And I went upstairs.

And I could tell when I looked at him that he was not there.

And I said to her,

He's gone.

He's not there.

His body's gone.

You could see it.

If you've seen a body of a loved one,

You see the body,

But there isn't that spirit,

That life there.

And so an experience happened with my mother three days after my father died.

My father came to her in spirit and kissed her on the forehead and said,

There is a forever.

And I'll play that.

I did a CD called There Is A Forever,

Because when she died,

I had all these beautiful messages that came to me from her spirit.

And There Is A Forever is now written on her.

It's not a tombstone.

It's because she was cremated,

But the plaque where her ashes are.

And it's a lovely thing.

If we can see the beauty of it,

I got one of these messages that I'll share with you now from her.

Beside still waters,

I walk with the angels of the dawn,

For a new day has come,

And it's time for me to move on.

The rewards of heaven await me far beyond compare.

Not the riches of the world,

But a far greater happiness here.

The soul can know the glory of God with love as the guiding light.

So look to the stillness of heaven beyond the darkest night.

Beside still waters,

I gaze at the light that sets me free.

I dwell in the garden of peace,

And have found my place,

And I am finally free.

So worry not,

Beloved.

Call me when you need.

I will come and be with you in spirit this can be.

Beside still waters,

I dwell.

Have faith and still believe.

Know that I love you forever,

And we will meet again.

Beside still waters,

You and me.

And you can get messages from loved ones as well.

Our grief sometimes blocks our ability to go into that state of meditation and connect with a loved one.

But if you can go in meditation and be open to receive messages,

Or even the presence of love that they have for you,

I truly believe your loved ones and guardian angels are there and watching over you.

And we will meet them again when we leave our limbs behind and dance in that light that is eternal.

Let's do a meditation,

And let's go into that place of light eternal.

Put light around you,

A beautiful white light surrounding your entire body.

And breathe in that light,

And let it completely fill all parts of your body and your mind and your soul.

Breathing it in,

Embracing it,

And allowing it to grow and grow and grow.

And feel that light of love coming into your heart now,

The love that your loved ones have for you.

Allow it to touch your heart,

To embrace your heart with the love that they have.

Feel that heart healing any pain,

Any sorrow,

With compassion and understanding.

And journey now into that part of you that is with you for a lifetime after lifetime after lifetime,

Your eternal soul.

Breathe in the light of the soul and journey to that place of the soul within.

That soul that knows you so well.

Find comfort there in your soul of souls.

Allow that light of the soul to carry you to that place within where you can make a connection to heaven.

And travel to that garden of peace beside still waters.

Allow yourself to feel that energy and the beauty of the radiant colors there,

The joy of your loved ones.

And see if there is a message you can get as you sit beside still waters with your loved one.

Allow yourself to sense the beautiful energy there.

Allow yourself to be loved.

Allow yourself to see the understanding that comes as you realize your purpose in life and that you do not die,

That you are eternal.

You are eternal because God's light and love is eternal.

And you are a part of that light and love.

Allow yourself to be in that light eternal,

The light of a million suns that enlightens you right now.

See your purpose in life.

Embrace your very gift of life.

Know that there is this joy and this love awaiting you when you leave your body.

Let go of any old thoughts,

Any blocks,

Any fears.

And know that there is no death,

Just life and light eternal,

That you can be renewed and you can be redeemed and you can be born again into this light eternal with a light body that is light and free and beautiful.

See yourself in a light body right now,

A light body that doesn't die,

An energy field that sparkles and shines and it's so beautiful.

Embrace your light body and ask your light body to come now and merge with your physical body and come back through into your soul,

Into your mind,

Into your heart,

Completely renewed and reborn and restored with love.

And know that you have this power,

This light eternal alive within you and you can be there and call upon that light at any time.

And say thank you.

Thank you,

God,

For this light and love.

Say thank you to your guardian angels and your loved ones.

And allow yourself to receive any message or any feeling that you might want to write down.

And I'm going to play a song I wrote called There Is A Forever.

After my mother passed away,

These words came to me.

God bless you always.

There is a forever right here and now.

Beyond life's distraction,

We hear the call.

Deep in our hearts we find today that we're living forever with love passed away.

There is a forever holding words that I say.

And there is a promise of a bright new day.

When we look to our hearts,

When we look to our souls,

We find the promise to all of life's goals.

To be on the journey with a family of one,

Continue the work that we've begun.

Deep within the masters can know,

The courage just beyond,

The confusion that grows.

When we live in the dreams of the small earth's schemes,

Then it's more than it seems.

There is a forever right here and now.

There is a forever,

Forever I need.

Listen in silence.

Listen and hear.

There is a forever waiting for you.

I'm here in that space and I'll see you through.

So journey on with courage beneath.

Our spirit forever is boundless and free.

Bless all our journeys,

Bless all of our days.

We have learned to guide us through the wonders.

There is a forever beyond all we know.

There is a forever where we will follow.
