I'm Rev.
Cindy Palos and I'm going to do a talk,
Affirmations,
And meditation on forgiveness and the power to heal yourself with forgiveness.
In fact,
Anything that really hurt us sometimes,
If we aren't ready to recognize,
Accept,
And see it,
We will bury it deeply within ourselves.
And unfortunately,
That pain still exists there within us and can cause disease and it can cause blocks.
And we have to be our own doctors and go deep within and find what may have happened that really hurt us so we can let it go.
But we must forgive it and forgive ourselves to be able to do that.
We carry with us sometimes great pain and shame for allowing ourselves to be hurt,
For allowing ourselves to hurt others.
And sometimes when a very painful situation or traumatic situation occurs,
It can really pause our life from continuing on to be able to feel love and accept life.
And in these coming affirmations and prayer and meditation on healing,
We practice the power to forgive ourselves and to heal ourselves with that forgiveness and the power to finally forgive others and accept that we have survived that pain.
And with that forgiveness of ourselves and others,
We can begin an amazing process of loving ourselves and healing ourselves.
I'll start with affirmations.
Affirmation for forgiveness.
I am one with God's unconditional love.
In that love,
I see the you in me.
I can overcome pain and anger and heal myself with forgiveness.
I have the power to forgive and heal the past.
I know when I forgive myself,
I can forgive others.
I know with forgiveness,
I am healed and set free.
Thank you,
God,
For granting me the power to forgive.
And so it is.
Prayer for forgiveness.
Lord,
I am your child,
Your humble child.
I ask that you help me to forgive all those people who have hurt me in my life.
And with your help,
I now forgive and release completely and totally all people who have hurt me.
I apologize for the people I have hurt,
And I ask that they now forgive and release me.
Lord,
Please help all people I have hurt to forgive and release me completely and totally.
I thank all people I have hurt for their forgiveness,
And I thank you,
Lord,
For helping them to forgive and release me.
Lord,
Thank you for your constant love,
Guidance,
Blessings,
Now and always.
Meditation on forgiveness.
Breathe in and breathe out that breath,
Releasing and letting go of anything that's there that's causing any pain.
Breathing in light,
Breathing in forgiveness,
Letting it go throughout your entire emotional system right now.
Breathe in and open your heart and breathe in deeply to that heart.
Breathing in to the count of six,
Holding,
And breathing out fully to the count of six.
Breathing deeply in,
And now breathe in a golden light radiating from your very center of being in your heart.
See that golden light in,
Let it absorb throughout all parts of your mind and your body and your emotions and your soul.
Look at your life from an objective point of view.
Go to that soul of souls within.
Breathe in that light of your soul.
Find that place in the stillness of your soul.
From that place there,
Find the objective observer looking down upon you and your life and everything you've done.
Allow that inner observer to guide you into letting go and forgiving anything that may have been there from your past that may be causing disease and pain.
Allow that light from that soul to come into your whole being.
And look at your life now as a journey.
Reflect on all of the lessons and all of the blessings you have had.
Look at any struggles and any pain that you incurred on this journey through your walk on this earth plane.
See how you've survived all those difficulties and challenges.
And realize that you are not a victim,
That you are okay.
Right here and now you survived everything and you are okay.
From your soul point of view,
You know you can find a way to be released with forgiveness for any and all pain and people who have hurt you at any time.
And any pain you have caused to hurt yourself as well.
Let the golden light of great healing compassion come into your heart of hearts.
Come into your mind.
Be bathed in a perfect healing light of gold.
Feel that light pouring throughout all of your body.
Give that light to any particular part of your body that looks like it needs extra healing,
Extra energy.
Allow that light to fully go into all the cells and all of your body.
See yourself bathed in that beautiful light and allow the nectar of your soul to pour forth its healing waters to cleanse anything from the path that needs to be cleared now.
Find yourself and your aura purified by that healing light and love.
Experience how it feels to have true forgiveness.
Now you can inhabit forgiveness and be in that amazing state of grace.
Realize that forgiveness can set you free.
Embrace this moment as you open your heart and see that as you forgive yourself,
You can forgive others who have hurt you too.
Embrace all of life's great mysteries and lessons.
And now visualize a holy pool of pure blue clear water and dive into that pool and immerse yourself baptized in love and compassion and forgiveness cleansed of the past.
Breathe in that water and see the other in you and the you in the other and God in both of you.
Understand the road you've traveled that has brought you here to set you free to be baptized,
Purified and restored and renewed.
Envision yourself right now with the Holy Spirit of grace coming to baptize you.
See the light of love healing the past.
And as you come back slowly to this very moment to the truth of this very healing,
Realize you are free.
You are able to fulfill your destiny and true purpose and you can see that purpose and you are forgiven and with forgiveness you are set free.

The holy dove flies free from its perch there.
A mama,
A mama,
Ua noa,
The prayer is free.
Thank you God for your lovely healing light,
For your forgiveness and for the power that with forgiveness peace and healing is possible.
Hold that light of forgiveness in your heart and soul and know you can practice forgiveness anytime you need it.
