A very big aloha.
My name is Reverend Cindy Pollos and there's a light rain falling outside today.
And I think the plants like that.
Plants are digging it in,
Soaking it up.
And I'm.
.
.
Reacting in a kind of introspective time.
Thinking about peace.
And how.
No matter how many times or how much awareness we have of the importance of peace.
We are going to find countless ways to use it and to find it and to return to peace.
And all the situations you can imagine that come up in life.
And applying pieces a daily practice,
Truthfully.
Because there's a lot going on in the world.
It seems like there always is,
But it seems to intensify at times.
What this gives us is the opportunity.
To see that center within us,
That core of our being that we can return to.
Where that peace is.
Dwells that where that peace can be present and where we can stop and return inside and breathe it in and choose peace.
We can choose piece if we remember to do that.
Now the thing is when we are reacting emotionally,
Or when we are reacting in a situation.
That can actually trigger us in some ways to get upset.
About what's going on,
It's pretty easy to lose that center and not stop,
Not stop,
Just stop.
Breathe and to go back into that peace.
So it's a lifetime and sometimes daily process.
And I have been working on it for a long,
Long,
Long,
Long time.
And I've got some piece of words and all that.
But the reality is.
You can have an award or maybe,
I think I have two.
But the reality is you still have to live it,
And you still have to work on it,
And you still have to feel it,
And you still have to return to that piece.
And I find the best way to do that.
Is through meditation.
By taking the time to go within.
Especially if something has triggered you.
By taking the time to stop,
To just stop.
And to take the time to breathe in and breathe out and to go within.
And to let your mind and emotions do their little dance till they stop.
Until you find that wonderful space that is that core inside of you that can connect with that true value of peace.
And when you find that value of peace,
You can use it.
You can use it in many ways.
You can send that peaceful energy to a situation that you maybe have been upset about.
You can send peace to someone else as well who may be going through something that's challenging.
And that peace can be a wonderful river that flows through your life and you can share that wonderful blessing of peace with others.
So it's a wonderful gift.
It's a precious gift that we can always choose and we can always return to.
That we can use in our growth,
In our learning,
In our understanding.
And are sharing in life.
So that beautiful blessing is a gift that I encourage you.
To choose.
To use and to be.
Thank you so very much.
Find peace in understanding that there is a divine plan.
Find perfection.
And accepting.
Imperfections exist in all humans.
You'll have many chances to see your own imperfections and others too.
And there's peace and understanding that Each and every soul has to find their own truth.
The world has so many who wish for peace and pray.
For the solutions to life's problems and we all hope it gets better every day.
And there's peace and understanding that we all encounter troubled souls on our journey here.
If we can live with great compassion,
We can see past the problems and pain and fear.
For there is perfection in the imperfections,
And we all are imperfect here.
If we can love ourselves and who we are,
This is a good place to start to overcome our fear.
For in the lives we live,
There's always a way to find a perfect peace within and share that peace for all mankind.
We can fight for those who do not believe.
We can battle those who are wrong.
But it will not change the way they live or see.
And it will never make them do what we wish to do and be.
So choose to find a way to be at peace.
It's there within you right now.
And see the perfection in the imperfections and let that love show you how.
