Experience Christ Consciousness

A talk on Experiencing Christ Consciousness and deep meditation that brings you to the place of the source of the Light of the Christ. Christ Consciousness is a state of mind that is in the highest light and to the Illumination of present within you.

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palus and I would like to talk and do a meditation on Christ consciousness.

And I guess I have to talk a little bit about what Christ consciousness is because many people kind of put a limitation on Christ consciousness.

When I'm talking about Christ consciousness,

I'm talking about being able to go into that highest enlightened state within equal to cosmic consciousness illumination and experience that light from the one source of all as Christ did and not limited to Jesus Christ.

Jesus achieved a Christed state and he also reminded people that anyone could also achieve that Christ consciousness.

And there's some elements that are important in believing and understanding this.

Number one,

You must believe that within you is indeed the key.

The keys to the kingdom of heaven are there within your soul.

And that soul can indeed connect you to Christ consciousness.

And you can experience this in meditation when you do allow yourself to believe that your soul is indeed in that point of light within the greatest point of light of all within the mind of God.

And you can bring your mind to that level of consciousness.

And at this time,

I'd like to really go a little bit into how that happens.

We are made from the same amazing atoms of light that the stars are made from.

We have within us that same DNA that indeed connects us to God as Christ was aware of.

And there are a few examples that he lived in his life to show us how to do that,

Which are some of the ways in which we live that allow us to share the unconditional love that is in the essence of the heart of all matter.

And why is that important?

Well,

When you achieve that point of light that is illumination,

It's important that you understand how to use that amazing power that comes with the blessings of that gift.

And through history,

Sometimes there have been people who have been able to tap into the power and have not been able to maintain that amazing energy level and have not had the proper training of harmlessness and goodwill and the elements I talk about in the spiritual tools,

Which I do in a course,

Because those tools then make you able to live with that energy of that highest power of light and love.

So taking all that into consideration,

Knowing that you can indeed have those tools at your disposal for love,

For goodwill,

For kindness,

For right use of this energy,

You can go to that point within.

And I'd like to do a meditation where we follow that point of light from within you to the source of all light that holds that Christed consciousness.

And I'd like to just have you relax and just find a place where you're comfortable and ease with your spine straight,

With the energy able to flow from that crown chakra,

That place above your head that has that wonderful golden light.

And let's breathe that energy of that golden light from your crown chakra down into your head and third eye area,

Breathing in light and just breathing,

Allowing that light to fill your entire head,

Releasing any tension that may be there in your head,

Just letting go of anything that might be in your jaws,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

And allowing that blissful feeling of light to come in and be present within your mind.

And breathing in that light,

Allow it to come down to your beautiful throat chakra there and see if there's anything you need to release in tension in your neck,

Breathing in the beautiful aquamarine color in your throat chakra with that light,

That Christ light into that power of your creative vocal chords and throat chakra right now,

Energizing that creative center,

Breathing that in,

Feeling that light charging with energy and allow that energy to be able to now flow down into your heart of hearts,

Into a beautiful pool of light there within your heart where you can bring that Christ light of unconditional love into your heart.

Breathing in that love,

Breathing in love,

Breathing in the love light and releasing and letting go of anything that may be there you want to release right now,

Going deeper into your heart of hearts,

Dwelling in this Christ energy there of unconditional love from the source of all.

Breathe in that energy,

Bathe in that love,

Allow this love and its love light to completely fill your entire body and extend up six feet,

Extend out around you six feet,

Below you six feet with a lovely light of the Christ light protecting all of you now with a lovely golden light extending even further beyond that and know now you are protected and safe in this lovely Christ light,

Be centered in this light,

Let this light be your light body and now just breathe in this beautiful energy of that love light,

Just breathe,

Breathing in that love,

Breathing out,

Feeling the breath within the breath in your heart.

Sigh and release anything out to that light of lights right now and feel a Christed light coming to you now,

A beautiful golden presence of the Christ energy there in front of you.

Allow that energy to be safely there within that energy that you are and smile in your heart at that love that's presence in that light that now merges with your light,

Merging with that Christ and being alive in that Christed energy,

Breathing it in,

Allowing it to be,

Feeling it,

Accepting it,

Bathing in it,

And now allow that light to bring you to the point of light within your soul.

Be that beautiful light that you are,

That light in your soul that's been aware of who you are through lifetime after lifetime that is always with you.

Be in that light right now and merge with that light in your soul.

Feel how good this light is and allow that Christed energy to fill your soul light.

Expand with that energy,

Expand and be whole in that Christed energy in your soul and allow that Christed light in your soul connecting you now to the Christ light within the source of all.

The illumination that is present in that source is present now.

Go to the source of all that light,

The light behind all light.

Be that Christed light.

Dwell here and breathe in that Christ light.

Breathe it in and allow it to fill your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

Your entire being with the glorious love and light that is the infinite light of all.

Expand in that amazing light,

The light of all lights,

The love of all love,

The Christ light.

The Christ love is alive in you now.

Feel that energy.

Be that energy.

Absorb that energy and allow that energy to pour back down through the highest source from the chalice down,

Down,

Down,

Down into your crown chakra with that light that is the Christed light and love bathing you from the source with the nectar of that holy light anointing your body,

Absorbing it into your mind,

Your soul,

Your heart,

The atoms of every cell of your being.

Heal anything that needs to be healed.

Breathe it in.

Breathe it out.

Breathe it in and allow yourself to slowly come back.

Come to your conscious mind and allow anything you felt,

Any ideas,

Any words,

Any awareness that you have to be present in your conscious mind.

And as you slowly come back to consciousness,

If you need a moment to write down what came to you after we close this meditation out,

Take the time to bring it forth into words.

I thank you for being present in this Christ energy,

This Christed consciousness,

This Christed love,

This Christed love and light.

You are that light and love.
