This is a mystical meditation on experIencing your Inner connection to God led by Dr. Paul Leon Masters. I began meditating under the auspices of Dr. Paul Leon Masters when I was 13 years old. I acknowledge that I am part of the experience of God's presence.

And so I open myself to the experience of God's presence within me,

Throughout me,

And about me.

And as I do,

Let me become aware of the breath that I breathe into my body.

And let me be aware that this physical activity,

As with all physical activities,

Is part of the experience of God's presence.

For all that is,

Is experienced in every human experience,

Every process of the human body,

In the human mind.

And so as I breathe into my body,

Let me realize that in an absolute sense,

It is God that has created the air,

And God whose true life is the real life of my body,

Is breathing in the very air that God and Spirit created.

And so as I breathe breath through my nostrils,

The true life within me that is God's Spirit,

The absolute life within me that is God's Spirit,

Is in truth breathing the breath of the body.

And so I breathe that breath in through my nostrils and send the essence of that breath down the entire length of my body into the soles of my feet.

And as I do this now,

Let me feel that that breath is recirculating from the soles of my feet and now rising upward through my body into the upper part of my body through my lungs and now through my nostrils.

And so I am circulating breath,

Realizing that breath is life and that I am a living soul which God's breath has breathed life into,

That the very breath that I breathe at its essence contains the Spirit,

The life,

And the vibrant activity that is God's presence vibrating throughout me.

And so I picture this taking place with every inhalation and exhalation that I am experiencing,

That in truth and in an absolute sense it is God's presence who has created the breath,

Breathes in the breath,

Breathes out the breath,

For I am part of the experience of God's presence.

I realize that every activity of my body in an absolute sense is part of the experience of God's presence here within myself.

And so I take my right hand and my right thumb and I place it on the wrist of my left hand to there locate the pulse pulsating through my left wrist so that I may feel that pulsation and know that that pulse is created by the presence of God within me for I have no intellectual power over this.

Instead it is being done for me for in truth the presence of real life within me,

Absolute life within me,

Is God's presence.

And in experiencing my pulse I experience in physical manifestation the reality that a higher consciousness,

A higher life activity,

Is governing over the processes of my body.

And so as I feel that now I experience a part of God's presence here within my body made manifest,

Made known to me through the activities taking place in my body without my conscious awareness or power over those activities.

And so I feel my pulse.

I feel the pulse beat of a higher life presence and spirit that is God's presence vibrating through the pulse that I feel.

And I am part of that pulse,

Part of the same pulse that pulsates throughout the entirety of nature,

Throughout all living things.

For that which is the pulse beat within my body is experienced throughout the entirety of all of the universe itself.

The pulse beat of eternal life made manifest through all of its creative forms and that is what I feel when I experience right here,

Right now,

The pulse beat that vibrates through me.

I feel this.

And so now let me separate my hands and put both of my hands on the fingertips in the upper chest area of my body.

And there let me concentrate on and feel that here within myself as I feel the lungs expanding and contracting,

That here within myself that the true ultimate life presence is pumping blood through my heart,

Expanding and contracting my lungs without my conscious awareness or conscious direction.

And so let me feel that as I feel my chest area moving,

That that which moves it from within is the ultimate life force of my body.

And I am experiencing through the movement of my body that there is a higher intelligence within me that is truly the God of my body and my mind moving now the subtlety of every movement of my upper chest.

For here within myself my lungs and my heart and all of the internal organs of my body are under the direction of the higher life activity within me which is the presence of Almighty God centered here within me.

And so I center now within the mind and presence of God's activity within me that the experience of God's presence within me and my consciousness of that experience are uniting in a divine centeredness within myself right here right now.

I am realizing this centeredness in my consciousness throughout my surface level of conscious awareness in my mind.

I realize that whatever my body is experiencing without my voluntary effort or direction is the experience of God having manifested and created my body and continuing to live in my body and to sustain it.

Therefore all of the processes of my body without my voluntary control are under the control and the experience of Almighty God and I realize this at the conscious level of my mind and I experience it now as an acknowledgement within the conscious level of my mind and as that is experienced in the surface level of my thinking those thoughts pass through into the memory levels of my mind and here in the memory levels of my mind is stored all of the memories of this life previous lives and above all of my initial divine genesis my initial origin of soul life mind and consciousness for here in the memory banks of my mind my divine origin exists and I go back through and skipping past all of the previous lives that I have lived going back back back in infinite time to the experience of my divine origin my divine origin which is experienced as light infinite light universal and from this light my soul was born and this light remains in my soul and in the divine memory level of my mind and I am open to the experience now of my divine origin my divine birth in the mind of God from this place of divine birth within myself let me feel myself going to another level of my mind that telepathically is interacting with other lives and minds on the highest spiritual level and as I contemplate this I become the interaction of light traveling in the highest frequencies of divine light connecting mind with mind consciousness with consciousness and traveling still further into my mind I enter into that place of the soul level of my mind where God individualized into my soul God's spirit and gave me life and so I experience in consciousness God giving life to my soul God's spirit giving light consciousness reality to my presence and my soul stands in the middle of God's light as God's light is the essence of my soul and my soul and God's light fill the entirety of my and I become sensitive to the entirety of my body that is filled with God's light I feel the existence of my left foot through my consciousness and feel that God's presence and life is there and that the experience of my left foot and all parts of my body are part of God's experience part of what God has experienced through me God's creation and so I feel my right foot and I feel the identical same reality that God is experiencing through my right foot and I feel this throughout my body in my left calf I feel God's presence experiencing that part of my body in and I feel God's presence experiencing God's light within my right calf now within my left knee now within my right knee God's presence experienced now within my left thigh I feel the existence of my left thigh and I feel God's presence as the true life expressing through that part of my body and now I move my consciousness into my right thigh I feel the experience of God's sensing for I can only sense if God senses I can only experience if God experiences and so I sense and I feel and I experience my right thigh and now I move my consciousness upward into the reproductive area of my body and there I experience the life force contained at the base of my spine and I realize that God's creative power is here within myself in this area of my body and as I have ever experienced the creative urge and processes within my body I realize that it is the creative power of God here within myself that is the true life force centered in this part of my body that urges my body to the creative process and now I move in consciousness into my lower back and here I feel and know that God's presence moves outward through all of the nerves extending out from my spine and as I feel that now I feel that all of that nerve energy is being generated and directed as part of God's experience here within my body and as I move around now to the front of my body to the abdomen I feel that whatever emotion whatever human feeling I feel that is stored up here I feel that it is in truth God's healing presence that has stored all of the emotions and given me the capacity to feel and to react with emotion with feeling with tenderness with beauty with the expression of love for here in the emotional seat of my body I have been given the ability to be able to feel to be able to feel the beauty of what life truly is and so I move now in consciousness up to the upper part of my back and here the nerves extend out sending impulses of God energy throughout the upper part of my body influencing all of the internal workings of my body so that all of the internal workings of my body are not under my conscious direction but are part of the experience of God's life here within my body directing all of the internal processes of my body and as I feel this now I move in consciousness to the frontal part of my chest area and here I realize that underlying the physical existence of my physical heart is the divine heart center and presence of God here within me as if this part of my body is the divine representation of the very center of the universe here within myself and I feel this now I vibrate to this now I am part of this now and now I feel that consciousness life is being centered in my area of the throat in my neck area and as I feel this I vibrate to it I vibrate to it for I know that whatever words I enter are the words of God being uttered forth from me in consciousness and so I experience that sound reproduction within my body has its essence and its core in the presence of Almighty God here within myself and that I am open to being one with the essence and sound experience of God's vibration here within myself and so I move now into my left ear and realize that whenever I hear sound I can extract from it the vibratory rate the initial origin of sound which is God's presence within me and so I do the same moving in consciousness to my right ear and realize that all of the sound vibration at its essence is part of God's experience in my body and I become one with that experience and so I realize this and I move into the area of my nose and realize that whatever wonderful fragrances I may ever experience can only be so because the fragrance in itself has its origin within the mind and presence and spirit of Almighty God that has given me this ability to sense and to feel and to experience the divine fragrance that is God's presence as beauty within myself and now my consciousness shifts into my right eye where I feel that the ability to be able to see is part of a divine origin of sight within myself and I move in consciousness to my right eye and here I feel that in consciousness the ability for me to be able to see has its origin in divine sight that is within me and so let my consciousness of my left eye and my right eye now merge in the center of my forehead and there in the interior regions of my forehead let it be as a single eye a single eye with divine sight to be able to see within myself my own divine origin the experience of that which created me lives within me sustains me and is every life process of my body let me merge and culminate with that as a divine vision of light and divine inner splendor within myself and so let my consciousness now move into my scalp area and as it does let me realize that there there is a vibratory rate taking place there that allows me to emerge from the center of my scalp out beyond my body and that the light essence the God essence pours forth and surrounds my body in an aura of light and that this light now is coming forth from the upper top of my head and at the same time that light is flowing forth from the divine center and heart area of my body and so I am part of one spiritual process bringing forth light that surrounds the entirety of my body in an aura of light and that in this aura of light I am experiencing the peace of God's presence the peace of the eternal and as I experience this I am experiencing eternal timelessness all that is is the eternal without beginning without ending experiencing oneness with the eternal experiencing the relativity of time and space experiencing the entirety of the universe as the light center in the planets the originating light center in the Sun experiencing the originating light center in the stars throughout the galaxy and beyond the galaxy into stars in other galaxies experiencing that God's light within me fills the entirety of the universe and that the universe is the mind and consciousness of God I experience that as God is a thought in my mind I am that thought being experienced in God's mind I experience now my total oneness with God's presence I experience the total oneness of unity I experience in total unity the beauty and the splendor of God's love uniting joining merging my soul with God's spirit I am the one with the experience I am the experience of ultimate love unity God light and so it is Oh you
