I begin this period of meditation by listening for a few moments to the sound of my own breathing.
With every inhalation it is that I extract the very essence of peace from within the air that I breathe.
And as I inhale every breath,
I inhale peace.
And as I exhale,
Let me feel that I am releasing from my body all that is not peace.
So that moment by moment,
Breath by breath,
I am filling my body with the essence of peace extracted from the air that I breathe and releasing from my body with every exhalation all that is not peace.
And as I do this,
Let me feel that a calm and a quietness now is settling throughout the entirety of my body.
That all of the energy factors of my body are becoming quieter and stiller as a higher state of peace begins to settle in through and about me.
A higher state of peace that is beyond emotional peace,
Beyond the peace of the personality.
A peace that passes human understanding begins to unfold from within me as the entirety of my body from the top of my head down the length of my body to the soles of my feet increasingly feels a sense of peace.
And now let me increase my inner awareness to think that the essence of peace that I am extracting from the air and breathing into my body is as a field of light.
That the air that surrounds me at its spiritual essence and core is the light for indeed at the essence and core of the air that I breathe into my body is the presence of universal mind and spirit that is everywhere inclusive of the air that I breathe.
And so let me feel that I am breathing in now light.
With every inhalation I breathe in light and that light is peace.
And I exhale from my body all that is not light.
If there be any darkened,
Grey thought energies within my body I release them with every exhalation that I take now so that I breathe in the essence of peace as a body of light entering my physical body and release from my physical body all that is darkened thought energies and the darkened thought energies are being replaced by light.
Light that I now not only breathe into my body but light that is already within my body for the presence of God and spirit is already here within me.
And so let me feel that from all areas of my body there is the spiritual innate essence and presence of universal light here within me and that the light that is innately within me meets with the light that I am breathing into my body and my body is now aglow aglow with light that every breath I am breathing into my body meets with the innate breath and presence of God within me as a field of light and my body now is filled and expanding with light throughout my body through my feet my toes my ankles there is light through my calf muscles in both legs there is light into my knees in both legs there is light into my thighs in both legs there is light in to the lower extremities of my body there is light into my abdomen now there is light light dissipating all emotional negative energies leaving only light light glowing in the abdomen light glowing here within me and so let me feel that that light moves upward into the upper torso of my body and as it does it moves into the back area of my body throughout my shoulder blades and my lower back and my body is continually expanding and filling filling with a light that is in it as the presence of God here within me throughout my upper arms past my elbows down into both arms into my hands into my fingers there is the expansion of light light into my neck area through my throat there is the expansion of light light everywhere light into all of the nerves and cells and tissues of my left ear my right ear my left eye my right eye throughout all of the entirety of my head area throughout all of the scalp of my head everywhere light light light expanding and that light now expands beyond the physical confines of my body surrounding my body now with an aura of light an aura of God light surrounds my body the same kind of a light that surrounded the body of Christ surrounds my body in life and as I think this I feel this I accept this I am this and this light that surrounds my body now let me see it extending a few feet in all directions surrounding my body with a protection for this light is the presence of God's light and presence surrounding me protecting me from all negative thought energies so that I live now in a circle of light surrounded by light emanating forth light inhaling light I am in the light and so now let me feel that the light is moving beyond moving beyond the aura that surrounds me traveling outward into the skies overhead traveling through the soles of my feet through the earth beneath my feet out to the other side of the earth and into the skies on the other side of the earth now let me feel that the light that is within me and surrounds me is traveling to the farthest horizon before me behind me to the left of me to the right of me and as this happens it is as if the entirety of who and what I am is expanding outward and yet inward for what is within is infinitely beyond and what is infinitely beyond is within and at the core and the nucleus of all things is this light and so let me travel now with the speed of spiritual light towards outer space while at the same time I am traveling towards and into inner space simultaneously as above so below as above so below as above so below and so my light travels out into and past planets in this solar system out to the furthest reaches of the solar system and beyond reaching forth into other star systems reaching forth to the furthest part of the galaxy that I am within and then breaking through beyond that galaxy towards other galaxies towards other stars other planets so that I am here and yet in the speed of spiritual light in God's presence in God's spirit in God's mind I am in light everywhere as everywhere in light is within me and so moment by moment breath by breath light extension with light extension beyond my physical body and into the infinite within my body there is only light and I am part of the vibration and the spectrum of universal light everywhere and as I am I realize that this was the same light that was in the beginning when God said and let there be light and from light all things came forth so let me feel now that I am part of the creative light of the entirety of the universe here where I am physically within me immediately about me and odd infinitum into the farthest reaches of the universe whose reaches are in the deepest reaches of my mind and so let me feel that here in this light there is nothing before and nothing beyond it for the light is the first manifestation of spirit and I am that first manifestation I am in the light throughout the universe as the universe at its core and essence is the light that is within me here in this light the first cause of manifestation of spirit I am that which I am within and yet infinitely beyond for here I accept oneness and identity with the light and here within the light there is no beginning and no ending for the universe itself is but a contemplation in its essence and core of the light that always remains whatever the light creates seems to be but in truth and reality it is only seeming for underlying the presence of all things created within the light and living within the light is the light itself and so I am in eternal oneness where there is no beginning and no ending where I am part of the changeless that which has always been is and will always be the light that has been the light that is the light that forever will be I am inseparable in light from past present and future indeed I am part of one eternal moment and that eternal moment is filled with the light as the light fills all things that it creates and yet remains the divine constant within all of its creations I am the light and in the light and one with the light and the light is God and God is the light and I and the light and the spirit that is God is one in the light within my body within my consciousness within my aura within the confines of time and space and yet in truth always beyond any confines for there is no confines to the light with which I am one and thus in consciousness I am one with the unlimited that is the all in all as all I am beyond comprehension in the light for the light is beyond human awareness I am therefore increasingly in divine awareness the entirety of my body one with the body of light that is the divine essence of the universe can see into itself see into the radiance of its own beingness and begin to expand and in this expansion begin to sense and to feel and to see divine essences of all that exists the light within trees the light within flowers the light within the sun the light within the rain the light within the snow the light within heat the light within cold the light within the stars the light within moonlight,
The light that exists in the eyes of a person who is experiencing love,
The light that is within the spiritual heart of a person who experiences and realizes love.
Love at its core,
Divine love,
From which the ability to love springs full.
And I am one with that light that is love here within me and yet infinitely beyond me.
And so that the love that is within me is part of the love that is within all things.
For love is light and light is love,
And I am one with ultimate divine love and divine light.
And the two are as one,
And I am one with that light here and everywhere,
Everywhere and here.
And my consciousness at all levels is filled with light,
And I know only light.
For light is the essence of the first cause of my being,
And I vibrate to divine light and love that unifies me with the entirety of the universe.
For I am one with all things that exist in divine love,
Both in the physical dimension and in other dimensions.
For wherever divine light and love exist,
There I am.
For I am part of all that is of the divine,
Of the higher,
Of the loving,
Of the beautiful,
Of the whole,
Of the complete,
Of the peaceful,
Of the serene.
I am part of the beauty of God's spirit and presence,
Inseparable in my oneness,
This eternal moment of inner and simultaneous outer contemplation,
Where the finite and the infinite in one eternal field,
An infinite field of life,
Are as one.
I accept oneness with light.
I am one with light.
I am one with the light that is God,
One with the light that is God,
The creator of the universe,
Seen and unseen in physical dimension and into other dimensions.
For within my Father,
God's house,
Are many mansions of consciousness,
Awareness,
And at the essence of each is the light with which I am one.
One mind,
One spirit,
One light.
And so I rest peacefully in consciousness,
In the light that is God.
And though when the time comes that I conclude this period of meditation and light,
That I will continue to be influenced by the light that I am,
For this I give thanks,
And so it is.
