And I hope you're doing well.
I've seen many people going through some challenges.
Actually,
It's kind of been that way since COVID,
Hasn't it?
There's a lot of interesting forces at play.
But you know,
We learn so much through meditation and our journey here in life that I actually believe we have enough inner power,
Inner connection,
And inner strength to deal with everything that comes up in our life.
Now,
It's not easy,
You know.
It takes everything you've got sometimes.
And that,
I think,
Is part of the process.
And it's only when we give everything we've got that we open ourselves up to asking for more.
But pretty much wanting to do things our own way most of the time in life.
But when we have to really face things that are challenging,
You'll find that people will pray,
And people will find that strength to ask for whatever spirit and help they can get to get through.
And that's part of the process.
If you look throughout history and throughout time,
This earth has really never been at a place where you're free of war,
Free of challenges,
Free of suffering.
A lot of what this earth is about and living on this planet have to do with dealing with that.
Now,
Of course,
I get concerned,
Don't you,
When we look at what's going to be happening to the earth in the future.
And I look at all the young people who are graduating who are going to have to deal with the crises that are going to be coming up,
Which we're seeing happen more and more with the weather and the challenges that we're facing.
We're definitely facing weather crises.
Climate change is happening right before our eyes.
So this is really a time we all need to be stronger,
Meditate more,
Pray more.
And really,
I guess,
Have a little trust and faith that we can get through the hard times.
Now,
That's hard for people when you have to have faith,
When they see more things going wrong in the world and in our life,
You know.
But that's when it's more important,
Really.
Having trust and faith when things are going easy is not very hard to do.
But having trust and faith,
When you are seeing a lot of things not going the way you'd like them,
Is a little harder.
So I thought I'd do a meditation about finding that inner strength.
And I think we all can relate to the fact that it's valuable to be able to go to that place inside ourselves,
Where we can find that inner power,
That inner strength,
That is that part of us,
That part of us that has that spark of hope,
That spark of belief,
That spark of that spark of hope,
That spark of belief,
That spark of trusting.
So let's go into an open space inside.
And you know we do that by getting comfortable and just breathing and just being aware of the breath.
And if you are even breathing deeply or deeply enough,
Maybe just watch and listen to the breath as it goes in and out and not do anything but be aware of that breath.
It's a beautiful process.
It's simple,
It's easy,
And it feels good.
So why not?
Breathing in,
Holding for a second,
Breathing out.
In your own rhythm and your own space and your time,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And allow yourself to be aware of your breath.
Very easy to do,
Nothing to be concerned about,
To be concerned about.
Just focus on that breath coming in,
Holding for a second,
And releasing it.
Be aware of how this breath works for you,
Even when you're not aware of it.
It's breathing that breath,
That spirit,
That ha.
In Hawaiian it's called ha,
The breath.
In and ha.
Breathing out.
Keep hearing the bell ringing.
As I breathe,
Ah,
Hmm.
Let's be aware of as you breathe in,
Breathing in,
And holding for a second or two,
And letting the breath just flow like a river,
Flow through the body.
Breathing it out.
In.
Hold.
Ah.
Feel good.
Ah,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha,
Ha.
And now just feeling good.
Let your body be charged by this energy,
This mana,
This prana of the breath.
As you know,
Breath in yoga is called pranayama,
Prana,
Energy.
Ah.
Practice breathing in and out,
Feeling your body being charged through itself,
Charged through all of your entire energy field with a wonderful light.
Now breathe in light,
Hold it,
Expand it,
And breathe that energy out,
Releasing any stress or tension.
Breathing in light,
Holding,
And ha.
Breathing out,
Releasing anything.
Keep breathing out,
Breathing out,
Ha.
Breathing deeply in and holding,
And allowing that breath of light to spread light all around your entire body.
Breathing in light,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Holding,
And seeing that light spreading further,
Further,
Further out and around your entire body as you breathe out.
Let it go down and around you and out below your feet.
Breathing that light and charging your energy field with a protection here,
A beautiful field of white light protecting you.
Breathing out.
Now let yourself embrace yourself.
Can you give yourself a big embrace,
A big hug?
Breathing in the energy of a big soulful hug to your heart,
To your mind.
Feel that energy surrounding you,
That wonderful spiritual hug of light and love.
Feel that love coming to all of your body and your mind.
Breathing in a spiritual hug from the source of love.
Just let it surround you and feel that love for yourself.
Just feel it and accept that love that is there to help you and make you feel okay.
Now just feel okay.
Know that everything in this moment,
Right here,
Right now is okay.
Tell yourself,
I'm okay.
I'm okay here and now.
I am okay.
Feel how good it feels to be okay.
Now just let that okayness,
That feeling goodness come and be present in all parts of your body because your body gets stressed when you don't feel okay,
Right?
Now that you feel okay,
You can send that love and the parts that you might need to any part of your body that is stressed.
Why don't you just feel any part of your body that's tense?
Can you feel any tension anywhere in your body?
If so,
Just send love and light right now to that part of your body that needs it.
Just send love and light to all of you and any part of you that needs to feel okay.
Let's just be with that energy,
The okayness.
Let's just add a smile.
Breathing in,
Holding a smile.
See it bringing more light to your whole being and just smile as you breathe out.
Feel how that smile feels.
How does a smile right now feel to you?
Send your whole psyche a smile.
Ah,
Feel good from that smile.
And just allow yourselves to feel like you in every part of your body is smiling.
Now let's just go inside to that silent place and be okay and feel good with a smile.
Breathing in and out,
Being aware of that good feeling,
Working and healing any part of you that needs to be healed and to feel good.
Breathing spirit into that place,
Breathing spirit out.
Receiving the energy you need right here and now.
Call upon any energy you might need to deal with any challenging situation and know that you can receive it right now.
Breathing in and breathing Breathing in and breathing out,
Shining,
Shining,
Shining light to all parts of you that need to be shining in light.
Receive that wonderful energy and allow yourself to be redeemed and restored and renewed,
Regenerating,
Accepting that this is so right here and now.
Say yes,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes to that energy and say thank you God and so it is.
Ah,
Let it be,
