A very big aloha and welcome.

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos,

And I wanted to work with being present with breath.

Breath work.

And on top of that,

Breathing with the presence.

Breathing with the energy.

Focusing on love and light.

Now,

I know many,

Many,

Many of you have already done so many breath work practices.

And one of the beautiful things about breath work is that you just can relax into being.

But if we add a focus to that beautiful breath work,

I believe you'll find that it enhances that time spent in breath work and being with the energy provided.

So,

The beautiful thing about this is,

Of course,

You already know just to let go and relax.

And just be.

And let your spine be erect and allow the energy to flow freely from your head down through all of your spine to the base of your spine and out your legs.

And just breathe.

Breathing in.

Holding.

And breathing out.

Breathing in for four.

Holding for a couple of breaths.

And expanding and now breathing out and just letting everything go.

Breathing deeply in.

Ah,

And feeling good and just breathing out.

Releasing any tension,

Anything in the body that needs to be released.

Breathing deeply in and expand the light around you to stream all the way up,

Up,

Up and down through all of your energy fields,

Through your head,

Down your spine and out,

Out,

Out.

Breathing in and allowing that energy to go behind you and in front of you with this wonderful protective light and just,

Ah,

Gotta go.

And now as we breathe in,

In,

In,

In,

In,

We let that energy field go to the right and left of us.

And we are now in a beautiful cocoon of wonderful,

Bright,

Protective white light.

Just be there.

Safe,

Protected in this wonderful space of just energy.

Breathing in,

Holding.

And releasing and allowing that energy field to be completely restored as you breathe out.

Breathing in,

Holding,

And allowing all of your chakras to be aligned and flowing with energy through you as you breathe out.

Breathing in the base of the spine and all up through each chakra to the top crown chakra and seeing that crown chakra full of wonderful radiant light.

And just,

Ah,

Breathe out,

Allowing that energy to flow back down the spine and out.

Breathing in,

Holding a breath and breathing out.

Now just be in this presence as you freely breathe,

Just aware of each breath in.

Holding in each breath out,

Everything full of wonderful,

Radiant,

Beautiful light.

Breathing in light,

Allowing that light to expand through every cell,

Every muscle,

Every organ,

All the bones throughout you.

Ah,

And just breathing out,

Letting the body being so happy to have this wonderful charge,

Light-charged energy.

Breathing in light,

Charging that light from your highest source and just breathing out,

Breathing out,

Breathing out,

Breathing out,

Breathing out.

Breathing deeply and deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply.

And holding that light like a light bulb around you,

Just full of wonderful light from the source.

Drink it in and just breathe it out and let it do its wonderful energy light work through you.

Out,

Out,

Out.

Breathing deeply in with wonderful light and feel yourself feeling good from this light.

Just feel that energy of light charged with that beautiful source of the presence.

And now breathe that out and let all of your body be recharged,

Redeemed,

Restored with this wonderful breath of charged light.

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

Allowing that light to completely remove anything that might be darkness,

Worry,

Concerns,

Just let that all be released and let it go as you breathe out.

Light in,

Light out.

Drinking that light in as you breathe in,

And letting that light completely charge you with wonderful,

Wonderful source energy as you breathe out.

And now feel that energy doing its work,

Feel it going to work in your whole energy field,

In your body,

In your mind,

In your emotions.

Anything that might be blocked,

Let that light clear the blocks away.

Breathing in that light,

Releasing any blocks that need to be cleared in your body,

In your emotions.

Now continue to do breaths of light as you breathe in and you breathe out.

In.

Breathing light in and breathing light out.

Now we're gonna breathe the light of love in,

Breathing it in and allowing that love to fill your heart.

In.

And breathing out,

Letting that love surround you.

Breathing that love into your head and your crown chakra and breathing that love out to your heart.

Breathing out love to your heart.

Breathing in that love,

Let it fill your being with unconditional love,

Let it go to your heart and breathe out through your heart.

Breathing in love and let that love surround you and heal you and let it breathe out.

Breathing in love through your heart,

Letting it go to all of your very beingness and then breathe it out.

Drinking in that love,

That nectar of love deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply from the source into your heart and then let it do its work as you breathe that love out into all of your feelings,

All of your body.

Now just be still and let all of that energy just be.

Accept it all and just be here now.

Just breathing in and out and just let yourself feel good.

Feeling good,

Letting go,

Feeling loved,

Letting it fill your being and let it go.

Breathing in light,

Love and the goodness of being and just dwell in this magical,

Wonderful place that feels so good.

Slowly we're gonna come back into total consciousness very gently,

Very slowly.

Give yourself time to love what you are,

Who you are and what you do.

You are a beloved being of light and love.

Accept this energy,

Embrace this energy,

Feel this energy and now just be.

And if anything comes to you after we're through here,

Just write down what came to you in that state of the light and the love and the goodness of being.
