Aloha,
I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and today we're going to be talking about awakening to the cosmos.
I have always been in love with cosmic consciousness and it's a pretty amazing subject and it's very easy to get starstruck and get absolutely amazed at what is in the universe,
In infinity.
And it's really a great,
Great journey.
Of course,
The hardest part is once you experience the bliss of cosmic consciousness and awakening to what's really happening in the world and beyond the world,
It's hard to bring yourself back to get your feet planted on the ground and figure out how all of that helps you in your life.
And once you figure that out,
How you can help others with it in your life as well.
But there's such an awakening that can happen when we go beyond our limited conscious state of mind.
There are many levels of consciousness,
Of course,
But in meditation,
Oh my gosh,
In prayers and meditation you can reach infinity.
You can reach the source of all light and love.
And it's always good to expand our consciousness.
So the talk today is going to be on awakening to the cosmos.
When the whisperings of the Lord spoke to me,
When the stardust is scattered across the universe,
Where it merges into matter and with the spirit that has carried this particle of creation into the very breath of being in this time and place,
And the seeds of dust grow in the garden that has been planted by the guardians,
And you see the blossoms that show the care and the love that has been offered by God in your name.
Here are the blessings of being.
Right here is a shower of the petals of the cosmos upon this earth to grow into the crop that is gathered to be placed at the altar of God as an offering.
A thank you for the gifts of the garden so freely given.
And there is a transition that is happening in time.
And there is a transferring of the mantle of power.
And now is that time to come and be loved,
Beloveds.
The time has come to be,
To accept yourself and all that you are.
For the stars that carry the spirit of life have traveled far across the universe in the glory of creation's name,
Here and gone.
And yet you wait and remain.
Now is the time.
Now is the place to share that radiant beauty and inspire others to find God's grace.
For there is a garden in heaven,
And it has peace and a resting place.
And the good that is here on earth reflects the love that you share in this time and space.
To be present where you are right now,
Right here in that garden made from heaven's stars.
To be present where I am and everywhere I go,
Living with that awareness with every breath of the soul,
We grow.
Integrating God's great love and the presence that abides in the flowers and the blossoms of the presence with such gratefulness for this blessed life.
Meditation for understanding the cosmic presence.
Take some deep breaths in and be grateful.
Breathe in that gratitude.
Breathe in the presence and now let that presence come into every part of your being,
Releasing,
Releasing,
Letting go of any tension,
Any dis-ease,
Any distractions.
Come to the center of that presence within you.
Breathe in deep that presence.
Call in the light.
Go inside to that place of reflection and meditation.
Feel the presence of the Christ light and bring that light of that presence down into your crown chakra and see that chakra enlightened.
See it full of living light.
See the spirit dancing in your crown chakra with the stars light.
Then let that energy come down into your heart and your spine,
From your head.
Let it circle around until it circles through and around and around the throat chakra,
Balancing and restoring and then let that light continue to move down into your heart right now.
Allow your heart of hearts to shine with that light of the stars love.
Let that cosmic light of the presence open your heart chakra.
See it filling your entire upper body with this beautiful cosmic light.
You are that light.
Feel it.
Embrace it.
Let that light move to your solar plexus right now and let that beautiful golden light spin around healing you,
Filling the kidneys and the spleen and the liver with pure energy.
Moving on down to the second chakra and let your feelings be purified by this light.
The light of the presence continues to grow and grow and glow.
It fills all the cells of your body and it moves on down through the second chakra in your belly filling the stomach and releasing any buried feelings completely energizing it with pure light.
The light goes on down into the pelvis and sexual organs to the root chakra and the ruby red there is enlightened the base of the spine and the back all coming into that light presence.
Any old attachments,
Any old threads,
Any old pain released now with this light and the light moves on down into the thighs and the knees and the calves and the feet.
Feel this light presence calming and healing you as it comes from this heavenly cosmic light from the Christ consciousness.
You are the I am that I am in a beam of living light.
You are part of God's creation.
Feel this total flow from the source renewing you and feel the soul finding its presence within you in the very breath of being the living love.
Become a pure reflection of this energy.
Clear away any shadows.
So there is a new clarity,
A new light,
A way to be free to move into God's consciousness.
To be aware of the cosmic energy of spirit and we go deeper still,
Deeper within until you connect to the place of stillness.
Say to yourself,
Be still and know that I am God.
Around that space,
Hold the doorway open to the circle of light that is present right here at the still point within.
Still the energy of the body and mind and find total peace in the silence.
The peace that passes all understanding and the stillness of the silence.
Know the love and light of Christ consciousness is the cosmic awareness here with you right now in stillness and peace.
Know that by becoming the presence of spirit,
You can untie with love that gift of the I am presence that is the light of God within all souls.
Allow yourself to bring that presence into the stillness of the I am that I am and know the unknown by surrendering your will and becoming the presence of living light and the love of God.
Now feel that presence of God within you and around you and know that you are transformed by this energy.
Believe it,
Be it,
Become it and say thank you God for your holy cosmic light and presence and so it is.
