This 8 hour deep sleep meditation is designed to lull you to sleep with loving, kind, body-positive affirmations. Who doesn't like to hear beautiful words whispered into their ear as they drift off to sleep? Sometimes falling asleep can be a challenge but this is something our bodies do naturally. Surrender to sleep, surrender to loving vibrations, surrender to what your body does naturally as you listen to these beautiful words slide into your subconsciousness. Have a delicious sleep.

And I invite you to get comfortable and relax.
The day is over.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And as you breathe in,
Notice the feeling of the breath entering your nose.
Feel the breath travel to your lungs,
And imagine the oxygen spreading through your body,
Filling your legs and feet,
Your arms and hands.
Imagine the oxygen clearing your mind,
And as you exhale,
Feel the breath taking with it any negative,
Toxic or stagnant energy that's accumulated throughout your day.
The day is over.
There is nothing left to do today.
Let the thoughts of your day drift through your mind.
Just notice them without any emotional attachment.
Don't judge them.
Watch them as you would a documentary.
You're just an observer.
Learn from them without emotional attachment.
Deep breaths.
In through the nose,
And out through your mouth.
Now,
Just return to what normal breathing is for you.
Recognize what made you feel good today.
Give thanks for that.
Give thanks for all the things that went right,
No matter how small.
And recognize what gave you discomfort or unhappiness.
These things are only meant to teach you where you need to make changes,
So they're not bad things.
We're not labeling them as bad.
We're learning and growing from them.
There are no mistakes,

Accept the lessons and let all the thoughts of the day fade away.
