Was looking for a new morning mantra based meditation. I enjoyed this one even though it wasn’t quite the mantra I was looking for. While the mantra hits home it’s far too long for me to remember and continue to repeat so I just use and abbreviated form of what I can remember. I do like that he recommends using it for 30 days, just wish the mantra was more abbreviated but I understand it is his and he was kind enough to share it with us!!

Great. I find it's even better if you pause it at the times you need to pause it. Like to get a memory or let the tears out.
