Since her own path of recovery began in 2014, Christine has found the practice of mindfulness to be a foundation for transformation. Through her writing and voice she hopes to inspire others who've struggled with trauma, addiction and mental illness to reconnect with the spirit within them, and forge a path from pain to healing.
