Inhaling through the nose for 5 counts.

And just let go of any thoughts,

Any tension that you have in your body.

And we're gonna inhale through the nose and then we're gonna exhale through the mouth.

Inhale.

And let it out.

Another one.

Inhale through the nose.

And then let it out.

And then let it out.

Again,

Inhale through the nose and let it out through the mouth.

Inhale through the nose and let it out through the mouth.

And when you inhale,

I want you to fill up your belly first,

And then your chest,

And then you let go.

And as you inhale,

You relax more and more with every breath you take.

We're gonna take 3 nice big inhales and exhales,

And then we're gonna fall back to the next one.

And then we're gonna take 3 nice big inhales and exhales.

And then we're gonna take 3 nice big inhales and exhales.

And then we're gonna fall back to the natural way of breathing.

Ready?

Inhale through the nose.

And let it out.

Another one.

Inhale through the nose.

And let it out.

And the last one.

Inhale through the nose.

And let it out.

And now just fall back to your natural way of breathing.

And in a very few moments,

You're going to be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be.

I'm going to mention certain parts of your body,

And as I do,

I want you to just feel that part begin to relax.

In order to help you relax,

I want you to visualize yourself on a very beautiful little white sailboat.

You feel the sun warming every muscle,

Every nerve,

And bone in your body.

The sky is the most beautiful blue you have ever seen.

Just a few white puffy clouds lazing in the sky.

And as you hear the sound of the sea and the sounds of the sailboat,

You begin to feel more and more relaxed.

As I mention certain parts of your body,

You will feel that portion just begin to relax.

So that in a few moments,

You will be more relaxed than you've ever known.

Starting with your forehead,

I want you to feel all the little front line,

All the little worry line in your forehead just seem to disappear.

The forehead smooths out,

Feels so relaxed,

And you feel this relaxation coming around the eyes.

Now,

The eyelids seem to become very,

Very heavy.

So heavy,

They don't seem to want to open.

They may flutter a little bit,

But that's okay.

Just feel how heavy they are.

And as the relaxation comes down around the facial muscle now,

All the muscle in the facial area just begin to relax.

Relaxation comes further down around the mouth now,

And all the hundreds of little muscles around the mouth just start to relax.

So much so that the lower jaw become heavy.

The mouth may even open up a little bit with the relaxation.

As you continue to go deeper and deeper,

Relaxed.

Feel this relaxation now around your lower jaw,

Behind your ears,

So that all the little nerve ending behind the ears just seem to relax.

As you continue deeper and deeper,

And even deeper as the sound of the sea seems to say,

Deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper.

The relaxation goes to the back of the neck now,

Down around the shoulder,

So much tension seems to go around the shoulders.

But now,

You feel the shoulders just begin to relax.

You can even feel them drop a bit.

The relaxation goes to the backbone now,

And as it goes down the spinal column,

It seems to go out to the side,

So that every muscle,

Every nerve,

And every fiber in your back just seem to relax.

The relaxation seems to come now to the small of your back,

Around the curve of your back.

This warm sense of relaxation comes to the back of the tight now,

And into the hollow of the knee,

Around the calf of the leg,

Around the heel,

To the bottom of the foot,

And each and every toe just relax even more,

As you go deeper,

Deeper,

And even deeper,

Hearing the sound of the sea as the little boat gently rocks you,

Deeper,

And even deeper,

Calm,

Very peaceful,

And relaxed.

The whole head and back area seem very,

Very relaxed.

Now,

We will proceed with the rest of you,

Starting with the throat muscle.

Feel your throat muscle just start to relax.

The relaxation comes down to the front of the shoulder,

Down the upper arm,

Over the elbow,

Down the forearm,

To the hand,

And each and every finger relaxes more and more,

As you go deeper,

And even deeper.

Feel the relaxation coming back to the throat muscle,

Down into the chest,

And all the muscles and organs within the chest just begin to relax,

Continuing far into the stomach area,

As all the muscles and organs within the stomach seem to relax,

Relaxation going down into the side,

Over the knees,

More and more,

As you continue to go deeper,

Deeper,

And even deeper now,

Calm,

Peaceful,

And very relaxed.

I'm going to let you rest for a moment,

But when you hear my voice again,

It will continue to go even deeper and deeper,

Calm,

Peaceful,

And relaxed.

Imagine yourself on that little white sailboat,

Gently soaring back and forth,

Drifting deeper and even deeper,

And just continuing to go deeper now,

I want you to leave that little white sailboat,

And I want you to see you and me standing at the head of a beautiful flight of ten stairs.

These stairs are covered in your favorite color of carpet,

We are going to go down these stairs now,

As I count backward from ten to one,

Each number will take you deeper and even deeper down,

Ten,

Take that first step down,

Nine,

Deeper down,

Eight,

Way down now,

Seven,

Deeper and even deeper,

Six,

Deeper,

Feeling very relaxed,

Five,

Deeper,

Deeper down,

Four,

Deeper,

Three,

Going deeper still,

Two,

Deeper and deeper,

Feeling very calm,

One,

At the next number,

You will enter this beautiful place of peace,

Called deep,

Deep hypnosis,

More relaxed and peaceful than you've ever known yourself to be,

Zero,

Feeling so relaxed and calm,

Going deeper down,

Everyone wants something,

Whether it's something special,

Physical,

Emotional or mental,

But we don't want exactly the same things,

Some may want only enough to get,

But while others want it all,

The truth is,

You can have it all,

You are destined for abundance,

It is your birthright,

We can decide exactly what abundance means to you,

And you can develop an abundant state of mind,

A wealthy mindset,

Many people just want more money,

They may or may not know what they want to do with it,

But it is more important to decide that they will do to get it,

You know that money is easy,

Because money is energy,

Prosperity begins in your mind,

And this cycle is your opportunity to use your inner creative mind to produce abundance,

You are a miracle,

That means you are destined for miracle too,

As you are walking along in this beautiful mystical forest,

You hear birds singing in the tree,

You feel the fresh green grass under your feet,

And as you smell this delicious order of fresh flowers,

You relax deeper and deeper,

You feel so calm and so relaxed now,

This forest has everything the wildlife needs to live a pleasant and fulfilled life,

Everything is already there,

Unlimited and accessible,

That's right,

As you keep walking in this abundant forest,

You notice a river on your right,

As you get closer,

You observe this beautiful waterfall of crystal clear warm water,

You go for a swim,

And as the water touches your skin,

It purifies your soul,

It cleanses any doubt,

Any limiting belief you had about money and selling,

This pure water unblocks and releases the negative energy who was stuck within you,

This absurd thought that your service was not good enough,

Or that people don't have the money to pay for it,

Or that they don't need you,

Or that they were not interested by your product,

Or that you had to work more to earn more,

All these limiting beliefs are now being washed away as you splash your face with this warm crystal clear water,

You observe this brown dirt being washed off,

So much dirt is being washed,

Any thoughts,

Any limiting belief,

Any energy blocks,

All this brown dirt is now floating away from you,

As the water around you returns crystal clear,

This idea you used to believe that selling was hard,

You had to do a lot of actions,

You had to work hard and be perfect for deserving this money,

Is now ridiculous,

You see abundance all around you,

In nature,

In the field and the forest,

The river,

The sea,

Deep within the earth and high in the sky,

There is abundance for everyone all the time,

You feel abundance in and around,

Within and without,

It is here and it is now,

You welcome this abundance with joy and delight,

You have been blessed with abundance,

You have opened an inner door and stepped into the sunlight of money and clients abundance in all its manifestation,

You are so thankful for this great gift,

You have tuned in to the aura of abundance that surrounds you,

Like the electromagnetic field of a magnet,

Which extends beyond the magnet itself,

So it is with your energy field,
