Hello and welcome in this last guided meditation.
In this session,
We are going to focus on priming your brain to consciously create a resourceful state to start your day.
You are the creator of your life.
Where your focus goes,
Your energy flows.
You need to take back your power and decide what to focus on.
Control your brain and you will control your life.
Whatever you focus on,
You feel.
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit.
Sit straight with your hand on your lap,
Palm facing the sky.
Close your eyes.
We are going to start with the breath work.
Breathe in through your nose and let it go through your mouth without any pause.
Fill up your belly first,
Your chest,
Your throat.
Inhale and exhale through your mouth.
Let it go.
Keep going without any pause in a circular breath.
Fill your belly,
Your chest,
Your throat and let it go.
Give all your attention to your breath.
Return to your normal breathing.
Notice how your breath affects your body.
How is your body feeling?
How do you feel?
Now think of a moment of your life you could feel grateful for.
Relieve it.
Feel the beauty of it,
The joy.
Step into your body as if you were there.
Fill up with the gratitude of that moment.
Breathe the way you breath when you felt so good.
Think of a moment of your life you are proud of.
Could be a little moment of being proud or a big one.
Could have been years ago.
Could have been yesterday.
Relieve it.
Step into your body as if you were there.
See what you saw then now.
Make it bright.
Make it big.
Hear what you heard then now.
Make it loud.
Make it fast.
Feel the joy.
Feel the pride.
Fill up with the joy of that moment.
Think about another moment of your life you could feel proud about.
A little one or a big one.
A proud moment.
Relieve it now.
Step into that moment.
Feel it.
Relieve it.
What did you see?
What did you hear?
What did you feel?
Experience it again.
Feel the sensation in your body.
You may even have a little smile showing up on your face.
Now grab an exciting moment from your future.
Something that's coming that's going to lift you,
To excite you,
To make you feel so alive.
Step in and feel the excitement of that moment as that already happened.
Feel the joy.
Feel the gratitude.
Feel it explode in your heart.
Enjoy it.
That time is coming.
What is one goal?
One outcome?
That's no longer a goal you're going to experience it as done.
You're going to celebrate the victory.
See it.
Feel it as it's done.
Give thanks and gratitude to the people who has helped you.
To the universe.
To yourself.
Step in like it's already happened.
Feel it like your goal is already done.
Feel the excitement and the joy in you.
You're celebrating it as it has already happened,
Taking all the victory.
Feel it.
Give thanks for it.
You're living it.
It's not a dream anymore.
It's a dream you're living.
Now stack all the great moments you've awakened.
Feel them all,
Feel them all in your heart,
In your soul,
In your body,
All at once.
Feel it.
Own it.
It's in you.
This is your true nature.
This is the real you.
Smile,
Let it explode in your heart,
Let it explode in your soul.
This is you.
This is the real you.
This is you without fear.
This is all the love you have inside you.
Let it shine.
Let it explode.
When you're ready,
Come back to your physical body.
Move your fingers,
Move your feet,

Where your focus goes,

Focus on what's important.
Focus on all the great things in your life.
