To benefit the most of this meditation sit down in a comfortable position or you can lay down up to you.
Masculine meditation are more about goal setting visualizing doing thinking about what we want it's more like the the manifestation side of creation.
The feminine way to meditate is more about feeling it's more about being rather than consciously creating something that we want.
So this meditation is going to guide you back into your body let go of your thoughts and drop into the power that is held in your body.
So sit down and just follow my voice.
You can move until you feel a very comfortable position closing down your eyes and gently letting go.
Take some deep breath in through the nose feeling up your belly first and then your chest to its full capacity and then letting all out feeling up your belly your chest inhaling in through the nose and exhaling with an open mouth.
Deep breath in deep breath out.
Just keep going in and out as you slow down your mind and your body relaxes too.
You can start to feel your heart slowing down as you keep breathing in and out.
Your thoughts start to slow down.
You can feel your eyebrows relaxing.
You can try maybe to relax your jaws try to relax your shoulders letting go of the day knowing that this time here is so precious and so useful You can come back to a normal rhythm of breathing.
You should already start to feel the difference in your nervous system and if you don't that's okay too.
Now try to move the energy from your brain all the way down to your throat to your heart to your solar plexus and all the way down into your lower chakras down into the center of the earth all the way down down Do this one more time from your head to your throat.
It can be like some light traveling down down into your heart solar plexus the lower chakras down into the center of the earth.
Feel the mat,
The cushion,
The couch under your skin that is supporting you.
Feel how supported you are by the earth.
It's like you can really lean on it and let all your weight being carried.
You can start to listen to the silence around you and if you can perceive some noise they're just helping you to go deeper and deeper down As you feel the power of the earth supporting you,
It's like this powerful energy,
This silent power that is within you,
Your natural wisdom,
Your intuition is in your heart Sometimes you can hear it clearly and sometimes you don't.
Just focus right now on your heart What's on your heart today?
What feeling,
Emotions are present in your body right now?
Try to connect with this emotion.
Where do you feel it?
Just connect to it so that you're safe Your body has this beautiful inner wisdom to self-regulate and you just give him the tools and the support to do it.
