Connect To Your Higher Self

Meditation to connect with your Higher Self. You will receive insight and guidance from this part of you. This meditation also includes an energy component where you will receive energy from your Higher Self.

Welcome to this meditation for you to connect with your higher self. So I'll invite you to get comfy either sitting or laying down, Close down your eyes and we shall begin by taking three deep breaths together. In through your nose, Out through your mouth, In through your nose, Out through your mouth, In through your nose and I'd like you to visualize yourself walking in a meadow. You're taking in all of nature, The green, The lusciousness of the nature, The vastness of the sky as you look up to the heavens, Just taking it all in. Take another deep breath in and release and you keep walking further and further into the meadow. Taking it all in and you notice a patch of the meadow has got beautiful flowers laid out. You bend down and you pick up the flower that calls to you and you look at the beauty of the flower, The detail of each petal, The different shades of color and you're so mesmerized by this. All of a sudden you hear somebody call you and you look up and in front of you is your higher self and I just want you to take in their energy. Notice how they look. Do they appear taller or smaller? Do they appear to be human or more divine? Not that the human self is not divine, It's all divine but as you look at your higher self, Is there a different energy? How are they standing? How are they breathing? Do they appear to be relaxed? And now you can ask your higher self if they have any messages for you. Or perhaps you have a very specific question that you'd like guidance from your higher self around. Knowing that sometimes your higher self may speak to you through symbolism, They might try and show you something, They might present a feeling within your body. All of this is messages from your higher self. The human mind may wish to come in and over complicate it but oftentimes the higher self is giving a simple message. Perhaps to trust the path. Perhaps it's to let go, Allow them to take the wheel. Perhaps it's something so specific to take a next step that's in alignment with the vision that you have for your life, The dreams that you have. Your higher self is guiding you towards that dream life. They want this for you because of who you become on the journey. You might notice your higher self getting more expressive. They might show you bigger desires. Now I want you to visualize a key in the heart of your higher self. And as the key turns within the lock of your higher self's heart, It opens your heart. An energy from your higher self floods out through their heart space and into your heart space. It fills up your entire heart and from overflow it builds up your entire torso, Goes down to your legs and moves up through your arms into your troth, Into your head. You're filled with this loving light. And you look to see where your higher self is but they're no longer there. They're no longer there because this light, The divine light that you are, That higher self version of you has come fully into your body. You are not separate from your higher self. You are this divine creation. Take a deep breath into this energy and release. Now from this energy, I'd like you to envisage something that's on your heart that you have been desiring to bring into creation. You know what it is, Not the thing on your mind but the thing within your heart. And from this energy of your higher self, You may unlock steps forward. And perhaps the steps forward come to you today or not. Either is okay but know that today you've put something in motion. You claiming this desire, You owning this desire, Sets the wheels in motion for your higher self to guide you towards it. You don't need all the steps. The divine within you can take care of it. Not your human self but the real you, The light that you are, The love that you are. Take another deep breath in and release. Placing your hands on your heart if it feels good to do so. Feeling this energy again, Really allowing it to take over your body. No separation, Just you and the divine being that you are. When you're ready, You can slowly bring yourself back into the room. I'll invite you to perhaps journal on some of what came up. Knowing that as your pen flows, You can tap into the consciousness of your higher self. I'll also invite you to come back to this meditation. Again and again to amplify the energy of the divine being that you are. What resides within you has been unlocked. As you move towards your desires, Know that anything is possible. All that you desire is available to you. You've already started the journey just by being here.
