This practice is designed to support you regardless,
So if you can,
Find yourself a comfortable seat,
Ideally somewhere you won't be disturbed.
If it's safe for you to do so and you feel comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Take a couple of deep breaths,
Breathe in,
Fill up your belly and when you breathe out let it all go with an audible sigh.
This helps to shift you away from the sympathetic nervous system,
That fight or flight response,
Into the parasympathetic nervous system,
Rest,
Digest and quiet.
Take as many deep breaths as you need to.
I want you to take a moment now and set your intention for the upcoming meeting,
What outcomes or results you would like.
Would you like the meeting to flow effortlessly and how would you like to feel?
Take a few moments to visualise it.
Take a deep breath in now,
Let it go with a sigh and know that it is done.
