Starting to bring yourself into a comfortable reclined position.
Taking as much time as you need to start to settle in here.
This is your time,
Your space.
To really melt and open up.
That beautiful heart center open up.
To the infinite source of love that exists within you.
So taking time for any shifts,
Any movements.
If you need to maybe go somewhere,
Close a door,
Lock a door.
Perhaps covering the eyes.
Maybe finding a blanket or a pillow to rest your head on.
You might be lying on a bed or a couch.
Maybe a yoga mat,
The floor,
The grass outside.
As long as you're somewhere that you feel really safe,
Really comfortable.
Really able to let go,
To melt,
To soften.
As you start to feel really settled,
Closing the eyes,
Perhaps you cover them.
And just starting to deepen the breath.
Taking a big breath in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Keep that breath moving.
As you inhale here,
The belly should be really rising.
It's like your inhales are filling a big balloon in the belly.
Exhales just letting it soften out.
As we start you might place your hand on your belly.
Feeling the hand rise with every inhale and fall with every exhale.
And if you're not used to this full belly breath,
Knowing it might take some time to loosen those muscles just to practice breathing in this way.
This way that allows energy from the lower chakras to really beautifully move.
Continuing those deep belly breaths.
Full inhale.
Complete exhales.
You might kind of sigh out the exhales.
Maybe you'll let a little sound come out.
A little groan.
A little release.
Just allowing the breath to start to move energy here.
And you feel ready for it.
You will start to bring both hands to your heart.
Right hand on top of left.
So left hand on your heart.
Right hand up on top of left.
Keeping the breath just as full even as we move the hands.
And starting now to call to mind.
This is really a deep sensation of love.
You may need to imagine a moment where you felt love.
Perhaps from a partner.
Maybe a friend.
Perhaps a pet.
Maybe an experience out in the world.
An experience in nature.
In community.
Just calling to mind a moment where you truly felt love coursing through your veins.
Breathing into that feeling of love.
And starting to notice as you breathe that sensation can get bigger.
Inhales expanding that feeling of love throughout your body,
Maybe even off of your body.
Expanding it all around you to the edges of the room.
Feeling that sensation in your heart space under those hands.
What does it feel like?
Sending the breath there,
Feeling that love cracking open the heart.
If nothing's happening,
Just keep with it.
Call to mind any image,
Memory,
Feeling of love you can.
And breathe into it.
Anytime we feel a lot of resistance,
That's usually where the breakthrough is about to materialize.
Keeping the breath moving,
Breathing into that feeling of love.
Starting to soften the memory,
The idea.
Just breathing into the feeling.
That warmth,
Tingling,
Expansion,
Giddiness in the heart,
Whatever it feels like for you.
Opening the heart.
To receiving love,
To giving love,
Feeling that love flowing through you.
Flowing up from deep within the heart space and flooding your body.
And allowing yourself now to realize,
To feel into how deep the desire for that love is.
Feeling into that yearning to just be loved.
How good it feels and how bad you want it.
You might have tears,
You might have a release,
You might have anger.
Embrace any emotions that come up.
Just allow them to come up.
Maybe let sound come out.
Moans,
Growls,
Yells,
Whimpers,
Anything goes.
Letting it move,
Letting it flow.
Feeling how deeply that love can nourish you.
And how deeply you want that love to nourish you.
Let that love trickle through the body a little bit more,
A little bit longer.
Letting it move.
Moving energy out the heart,
Maybe feeling tingling through the arms,
The hands,
The fingertips.
Expansion through the belly,
The ribcage as you breathe new life,
New love,
New energy there.
Let it out,
Let it release.
Love moving through you.
Letting your heart soak up all of this beautiful,
Loving energy.
Letting the love of that memory,
That experience,
That person,
That pet,
That animal.
Melt away any cages,
Bars,
Chains,
Resistance,
Blocks you have in your heart.
Letting that love melt away any resistance you have to giving or receiving it.
Letting it melt,
Letting it melt,
Letting it melt.
And starting to take a few more soothing breaths.
Deep belly breaths,
Full inhales.
Slow cleansing exhales.
You can stay with this practice as long as you like.
Stay here as long as you like.
When you feel ready to close,
Ready to move.
Gently keeping the eyes closed,
Rolling on to your left side.
Curling up in a little feel position.
Resting here,
Letting yourself still be softening.
Letting any release move.
Breathing into that heart space,
Breathing into the back of the heart space here.
Feeling that deep,
Endless,
Infinite well of love from inside of you coming up and out.
Up and through,
Making space for you to receive even more,
Even deeper.
And when you feel ready,
You can start to help yourself up to a seat and softly crack open your eyes.
