Here's the thing: love is a frequency, just like anything else. And the amount of love you receive and feel in your life is directly connected to the amount of love your nervous system can hold. It's like the first time you do a challenging yoga pose. It feels weird, uncomfortable, maybe even triggering. And then, you become a magnet for more love - in all forms. You can feel love in your life in a moment, and have the power to create it at any time.
