Peaceful practice to help you releave stress. A tool to help you releave stress of COVID-19. This is a short and simple for anytime you are feeling stress at work or at home. Use this practice at work after tough meetings or clients. Please do not do while you are driving.

Welcome to this healing meditation.

Today we will be focusing on releasing stress and anxiety from the body.

Start now by getting yourself comfortable,

Either laying down or finding a comfortable seat.

Try not to cross the arms or the legs.

And just start out by breathing normal.

As you breathe,

Notice if you are tingling anywhere,

Notice if you're holding stress anywhere in the body.

Notice if you are clenching your jaw or if you are holding tension somewhere in the body.

Just gently breathe and scan through the body from head to toe,

Finding where those tension points are.

Gently breathe into those spaces,

Taking a big breath in.

Fill those spaces with air and exhale,

Let it out.

Breathing out,

Releasing the tension in that space.

Again,

Breathing in and exhale,

Let it out.

Imagine as you breathe in blue,

Healthy healing light coming into your lungs.

Imagine it filling the lungs,

Repairing the lungs and giving the lungs new strength.

Breathe in and imagine this light coming into the body.

And as you exhale,

Imagine it taking with all,

With it all that it does not serve you.

Let out everything that does not serve you on each and every exhale.

Repeat to yourself,

I am strong,

Healthy and well taken care of.

I am strong,

Healthy and well taken care of.

I am strong,

Healthy and well taken care of.

I am releasing my stress and anxiety.

I am letting go of the stress and anxiety that I feel.

This stress and anxiety no longer serves me.

Big breath in,

Exhale,

Let it out.

Releasing all that does not serve you.

The world needs you.

We need you.

We need you well and taken care of.

Breathe in and exhale,

Let it out.

Another big breath in,

Again releasing the last bit of any tension or stress,

Anxiety in the body.

And take a big breath in,

Taking the chin to the chest and exhale,

Lift the head and open the eyes.

Gently bring some movement back to the body and sit up when you are ready.
