Welcome to this express meditation designed to bring instant relaxation to your nervous system and your mind.

I will be your guide,

Charity,

Your magic woman to help you journey into a state of calm and serenity.

I invite you now to find a quiet spot to close your eyes.

Start by taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Counting to four.

Then exhale slowly through your mouth counting to six.

With each breath feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

Inhaling calm and exhaling tension.

Imagine a wave of calmness just washing over your entire body from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Feel this wave carrying away any stress,

Any tension,

Leaving behind a deep sense of peace.

You are safe and all is well.

As you continue to breathe deeply I want you to repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I am calm,

I am relaxed,

I am at peace.

My mind is clear and my body is relaxed.

I release all tension and embrace tranquility.

Feel these affirmations sinking deep into your subconscious reinforcing a state of relaxation.

Beginning now to visualize a bright soothing light surrounding you bringing deep deep relaxation to each and every part of your being.

This light calms your nervous system,

Quiets your mind and fills you with tranquility.

Allow yourself to rest into this light knowing that you are safe and supported.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.

Gently moving your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready you can slowly blink open your eyes and rejoin me back in the room.
