Just allowing yourself to connect in to that beautiful breath of life.
That thing that connects us to everything around us.
That beautiful breath allowing us to create life and exhale all the things that are no longer serving us.
All you need to do is focus in on the sound of my voice.
Don't worry if you feel that you drift away.
Your subconscious mind is picking up everything that I am saying.
Breathing in the awareness of the universe and breathing out all the things that no longer serve you.
Just allowing yourself to let your day drip away.
Roll off you.
Roll away from your body.
Roll onto the floor to be absorbed by earth.
To be sent back to mother nature.
To be transmuted into life in the circle complete.
You are doing so so well.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And as you do I just want you to bring your awareness to the very top of your head.
Right where your crown chakra is.
And as you do you start to focus in and notice a beautiful golden light connecting right on top of your crown chakra.
Connecting you to the unconditional love of the divine all the way up through the clouds when you look up this beautiful ray of life is connecting you into everything.
You can feel this beautiful golden light starting to warm the crown of your head.
And as you breathe in this light is getting brighter and brighter.
And as you breathe out this beautiful golden light starts to cascade down through the body starting at the top of your head.
Rolling down down through your face.
Rolling around your jaw into your lips.
You can feel this beautiful unconditional golden love of light starting to roll down your neck.
Roll down the back of your head.
Spreading across your shoulders.
Rolling down through both your arms into your elbows,
Wrists,
Hands and fingers.
You feel this unconditional love and golden light starting to warmly spread across your chest.
Rolling down through your trunk.
Filling all your internal organs with unconditional love and light.
You start to feel this beautiful golden light looping around your hips.
Rolling down through your legs into your knees,
Shins,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet and toes.
At the bottom of your feet you open two big beautiful valves and as this golden light rolls inside you it picks up any darkness,
Any fear,
Any negativity,
Anything that is no longer serving you and washes it away through the valves of the feet.
It is simply gone.
And one more time I want you to envision this beautiful wave of golden light starting to roll through the body,
Starting at the top of the head,
Rolling down,
Picking up anything that no longer serves you and washing it away through the valves in your feet.
It is simply gone.
You are safe and all is well.
You start to feel this beautiful golden light getting brighter and brighter.
It is so bright that the body can barely contain it as it pushes out past your body into your aura,
Into a beautiful golden egg shape all around you.
It is your birthright to feel connected and safe to the universe.
On the outside of this beautiful golden egg we stick tiny little mirror balls reflecting any negative energy sent to you back to the sender with a little kiss of love for these are the people who need it the most.
I just want you to take a moment here and bask in the absolute perfection that you have created.
You are safe and all is well.
It is your birthright to feel protected,
Connected and loved and you do this with ease and grace.
Just allowing yourself to bring your awareness down into your heart space and as you do you notice a soft pink beam of light pouring out onto the path in front of you.
You see yourself walk this path filled with light and love.
You see along this path doors you need open,
Open easily.
People are friendly and happy to help you.
You see yourself reach your goals without effort and you smile knowing the powerful manifesto that you are.
As I put one foot in front of the other I know that I am walking into the life I am creating.
I deserve this on all levels and so it is.
I am a being of high frequency and love.
My DNA and my cells have been upgraded and when you're ready just start to slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes gently bringing your awareness back into your body and yourself back into the room.
Taking two big deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Once again learning to re-breathe with your human lungs and then when you're ready you can slowly blink open your eyes and rejoin me in your day.
