Body,

Mind and spirit starting where you are.

It's important when you begin these vision journeys to know not just how to begin,

But where the beginning actually is.

We will begin connecting to our sense of physical presence in the now time.

So let's start by looking at your surroundings.

What colors do you notice?

Are there predominant shapes?

Notice what stands out in your vision as you look around.

What's your peripheral vision?

What do you see out of the corner of your eyes?

Now find a place to sit comfortably,

Feet firmly planted on the ground,

Or in a relaxed place sitting or lying down and close your eyes.

Make sure you feel physically supported and take a deep breath.

And again.

And again.

That's right.

Now beginning at your toes,

Imagine a warm golden light gently moves across your skin.

Can you feel it?

Slowly,

Allow your awareness to move along with the light.

Notice the warmth or perhaps you'll experience this as a gentle breeze.

Just allow the experience to awaken your tactile sense of touch.

Notice how you feel.

The golden light gently moves across your skin.

Now notice how your skin feels as you move up your body.

Feel yourself relax into the sensation and breathe deeply.

Notice your hearing and the sounds surrounding you.

And bring your awareness into a state of listening.

Pay attention to the closest sound you can hear and allow your awareness to flow outward.

Notice your hearing and the sounds surrounding you.

And bring your awareness into a state of listening.

Pay attention to the closest sound you can hear and allow your awareness to flow outward slowly to include the sounds that seem further and farthest away from you.

And breathe.

Try and separate all the sounds.

Where are they coming from?

Immerse yourself in the state of listening.

Now focus on your mouth and your sense of taste.

What do you taste now?

Move your tongue behind your teeth.

What do you experience?

Imagine you are holding a bite-sized piece of lemon.

A bright,

Yellow,

Juicy lemon.

Imagine putting it in your mouth.

Is it tangy?

Is it sour?

A bright,

Yellow,

Juicy lemon.

Now imagine you have a piece of rich,

Gooey caramel.

Place it in your mouth.

What is the taste?

Do you taste sweet?

Imagine you have a mint.

A peppermint candy.

Place it in your mouth.

Notice the difference.

From the lemon to the caramel to the mint.

Relax and breathe.

Allow your sense of smell to awaken now.

Let smells surround you.

Gently allow your awareness to connect to the sense of smell.

Is there perfume?

Chemicals?

Or sweat?

What do you smell?

Let your body sink into itself until you feel the weight of gravity's pull.

Let yourself get heavier and heavier.

Until you feel yourself grounded to the energy of the earth.

Let your body sink into itself until you are heavier and heavier and feel the weight of gravity's pull.

Wherever your physical body touches the ground,

Imagine cords of dark gold vital energy sparkling,

Moving.

These dark gold cords of vital energy connects you to the core of the living planet.

Now see these cords pull vital life force energy up into and around your body.

And disperse into the spaces surrounding you like tiny sparks of electricity.

Disappearing,

Becoming part of everything that is seen and unseen.

And relax.

Now we will move into another phase of this vision journey.

Called grounding.

When you are floating,

Surrounded by an endless vital ocean.

A sparkling sea of infinite possibilities.

It is beautiful.

Feel yourself swaying in the wave.

Where you are an ancient frond of seaweed.

Whose roots have grown miles into the floor of the sea.

And miles even deeper towards the center of the earth.

You have been here since the beginning of time.

Perhaps even before.

You are the perfect creation of the divine.

With every deep breath,

Feel the strong essence of your living being move with the tides that flow around you.

Sway with the water.

Nothing can unearth you.

Nothing can break you.

You are divinely protected.

Filled with light,

Life,

Love and vital energy.

Breathe.

Be here for a while.

In the flow.

And experience how you feel.

Simply connected,

Divinely protected.

Now imagine from far away,

You hear the voice within the ocean saying,

I am.

Surrounding you.

I am.

I am.

I am.

I am.

Surrounding you here.

I am.

When you hear,

I am.

Breathe in,

I am.

Allow your awareness to rise up and answer.

Who is listening?

Within me.

Who is I am?

Now observe yourself from this place.

Observe yourself asking.

Who observes?

I am is the answer.

I am.

The divine intelligence.

Infinite spirit.

The I am presence lives within you.

Now it's time to come back to your place in the here and now.

Right here in this moment.

Come to your surroundings.

Feel your physical body.

And bring your attention to the here and now with the sound of the spell.

And ready to begin.
