Butterfly Spirit Animal

The butterfly represents adaptability as it transforms easily, adapting through the four stages of life. Archangel Michael brings a blue butterfly for adaptability, Archangel Raphael with a green butterfly for healing and Archangel Uriel with a yellow butterfly for opening the third eye ...all three work together... with you... to bring adaptability into your life.

During this recording there may be times when you hear that flapping of the butterfly's wings in the background.

A butterfly actually flaps its wings together to keep itself moving upward.

A butterfly has no lungs.

It breathes in through its entire body and especially into its diaphragm when it's flying.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Breathe into the diaphragm low in the belly like the butterfly does.

And as you relax now I bring you the message from Archangel Michael to begin this meditation.

Archangel Michael says I am Michael who is always with you.

I am closer during these meditations as they are a part of a whole plan for the earth to upgrade the energy system of people.

This is only my portion.

There are others who are managing the energetic improvements for animals and plants.

This meditation is designed to begin with releasing anything that needs healing and bringing in lightheartedness.

The color green to heal and the colors blue and yellow to bring joy at a deeper level back into your being.

I am describing this meditation because no longer are we doing broad releases of huge wounds.

We are getting down now to the small things perhaps we never thought would be of concern as they are so small.

This is a great compliment and credit to you for keeping going on the path to a clean heart.

That clean heart magnifies out and cleans the earth.

I am Michael.

So gently and easily now making yourself comfortable.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in with your whole body.

Breathing in a slow deep breath and on the exhale allowing yourself to simply release with a sigh ah and taking in four more deep breaths down into your abdomen and on the exhale sigh ah from way down deep in the abdomen and breathing through your whole body breathing in again and out ah breathing in and out and when you are ready breathing in that fifth deep breath down into the abdomen just like a butterfly breathes.

Breathing in and letting go ah and as you rest there allowing each breath to take you deeper and deeper becoming more and more calm and as you rest there I'm asking Archangel Michael come be with us now come be with us now and as you notice that feeling that vibration inside the room I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of each person that is here.

Cleaning and clearing the central core of anything that no longer serves you.

Of anything that no longer serves me.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura energy of each person that's here.

40 feet above 40 feet below 40 feet in front and behind to the sides and all the way around and feeling that clean clear energy and as you breathe in and breathe out asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of this room and your room clearing the energy in the center of that room and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clean the aura of that room my room and your room as you feel the lightness feel the calmness and in a gentle and easy way now breathing in and breathing out and as you're resting there I'm asking Archangel Raphael come be with us now come be with us now and I'm asking Archangel Raphael to notice that clean clear white light all around you and all around me and I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble of protection around each one of us so that as we breathe in and breathe out we allow the peace the peace that goes beyond understanding to fill each one of our hearts and as you rest there now noticing that the Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael are both glowing notice the change in color as Archangel Michael has a soft blue radiant blue all the way around him and now notice the beautiful green around Archangel Raphael and perhaps you notice inside your room that there is a space left for one more color as you notice the beautiful sunlight yellow color of Archangel Uriel as he enters the room and I wonder I wonder as you look up in the room inside your eyes inside your mind I wonder if when you look up you can see the blue and the green and the yellow floating there in such a beautiful divine way and as you rest there in your comfortable place now perhaps you notice that there is an easiness of the three archangels each one of them standing in front of you and now you notice the beautiful soft color that surrounds each of them notice that that soft color becomes a beautiful butterfly a soft blue butterfly on the back of Archangel Michael's hand and a beautiful green butterfly on the back of Archangel Raphael's hand and notice the beautiful yellow surrounding Archangel Uriel turning into a butterfly on the back of his hand and each one of those archangels now are coming nearer to you and as you rest and settle there you notice a beautiful rainbow-shaped cushion in front of you almost as if it was a semi-circle like a throne built up built out of a beautiful tapestry and each one of the three archangels sit down on that sofa as if it were a throne just notice however it appears to you in your mind and the three of them are sitting there so relaxed and so comfortable and you find yourself feeling uncommonly relaxed as though they are here just for you just for your purpose here tonight and as you rest there Archangel Raphael sends his green butterfly to you and that green butterfly it's floating up above you as if it is searching and looking for something and you realize that the archangel has sent the butterfly looking for something inside of you that perhaps in the past was something that was small that somehow in this world it became big inside of your mind and that butterfly is looking for that something that is ready to be healed inside of you something that has been a molehill that has been made into a mountain and you begin to look inside yourself for some small wound as Archangel Michael's message began saying that you have already done the hard work you have already let go of the big wounds and you are here tonight to find something small and that butterfly that green healing butterfly is looking inside of you and perhaps as that butterfly is looking inside your heart there is something small there that has been hiding or something that has been overlooked and that beautiful green butterfly with its healing power simply floats down inside your heart or wherever that small that small wound that needs to be healed is located and the butterfly begins flowing green light onto that place and space inside of you and it's almost as if the mountain was being warmed the mountain was melting melting away rapidly as if a warm rain were falling down on a mountain of snow and that beautiful green color is simply dissolving that wound washing it away and it's washing it away you notice that there is a feeling of openness there that there is a place inside of you that is open and waiting for something new and refreshing and that beautiful green butterfly that's been doing all the healing work that green butterfly communicates with the blue butterfly and calls Archangel Michael's butterfly to come over to you and you see that that beautiful blue butterfly comes directly to you holding a treasure chest and as you rest and settle there that beautiful blue butterfly floats down onto your lap bringing you a treasure chest setting it there for you to open and you take a close look at the treasure chest it might be covered with gems and jewels on the outside and it might have hinges made of gold and you might notice a feeling of lightness even though inside your mind you know that the treasure chest should be heavy but it's not and as you open that treasure chest you look inside very carefully and as you look inside you realize that the gift the butterfly is bringing to you is the transformation of adaptability that's right and the butterfly explains to you in pictures it shows you that it is able to move through four stages of life that the butterfly begins in the egg stage and it adapts to being a caterpillar and from the caterpillar stage it adapts to the chrysalis stage and then it adapts to the adult stage and you notice that that treasure chest is beaming soft blue light out to you in abundance the light of adaptability to be able to transform your life from one stage to the next with grace and ease to be able to use your strengths and to understand that change is natural and normal and that beautiful blue light is shining on you all the way up to your head and it's filtering down that feeling of easy adaptability down into your thoughts into your face into your expressions into your emotions as that beautiful blue flows down into your throat and even into your voice your voice becomes adaptable even your communication with others is adaptable and you notice that ability to live this life from one stage to the next so easily as that blue is flowing down into your shoulders down into your chest and your heart and that adaptability is filling that space where that teeny tiny wound used to be and you feel a peacefulness as adaptability moves down now into your organs into your belly following your spine all the way down your back and that adaptability moves down into your hips and your legs that soft beautiful blue down into your feet and you notice that Archangel Michael is speaking to you directly and what Archangel Michael is saying to you is that this is what you have asked of me many times before to adapt to the changes in your life the difficult ones especially and Archangel Michael is saying to you I give you this gift freely because you have worked hard to heal the wounds of the past now you are reaping the benefit and adaptability is flowing through your entire body and allow yourself to breathe in and breathe out that adaptability and feel the newness of any age or stage that you are transforming into and allow the butterfly to guide you call on butterfly at any time and Archangel Michael is thrilled to be able to speak to you this evening as he takes his place once again and as you rest there in the softness of the blue become aware that Archangel Uriel with the yellow light is sending his butterfly to you now and his butterfly the beautiful yellow butterfly is going directly to your third eye and you notice that the yellow light is entering your third eye and expanding it and as you feel the strength of that energy of that beautiful butterfly Archangel Uriel is speaking to you and Archangel Uriel is saying to you that you have been chosen to be here right now that you are here to accept the expansion of this wisdom of this insight of this mental clarity and allow that third eye to open just a little bit more and as you rest there now and allow that third eye to open you're noticing a tingling almost like a sparkling in that third eye and you begin to become aware that this too is adaptability that you have been granted the gift of adaptability and now your third eye is opening more and more welcoming in the gifts of your communication with the divine and you allow yourself now to hear comfortably the message of Archangel Uriel as that soft yellow light flows into your ears Archangel Uriel is working with your ears and the expansion of your ability to hear the messages and as you feel that vibration allow yourself to notice now that the soft yellow color of the butterfly is spreading to your ears is flowing into your eyes allowing the sense of sight to open up even more your sight with your eyes closed and your sight with your eyes open and that beautiful yellow butterfly is now bringing a flower out in front of your nose and it's a flower that is especially special to you and as you breathe in and breathe out and breathing in the fragrance of that flower that beautiful yellow butterfly now lands very gently on the back of your hand and on the back of your hand you can feel the soft flutter of air from the wings of the butterfly and as you feel that on the back of your hand you may notice that that soft yellow butterfly is waiting for just a moment to talk to you and the butterfly has a message for you a very specific message for you and allow yourself now to hear,

Feel,

See,

Smell and touch that message and allow that message to flow into your heart and as you breathe in and breathe out bringing that message permanently inside your heart and you begin to look around yourself now Archangel Uriel with the beautiful yellow butterfly that has enlivened and upgraded your senses your senses for energy,

Your senses for messages,

Your senses for synchronicities,

Your senses for connecting and you see Archangel Raphael with the beautiful green healing butterfly and Archangel Michael a soft blue butterfly and as they all three are sitting there now each one of them with the butterfly in the palm of their hand you notice that as you rest there all three of those colors come together like a rainbow coming toward you and flowing all around you into your central core filling your central core with the three beautiful colors and those colors expand out to your skin and beyond your skin into your aura so that your aura is filled with the three beautiful colors and I'm asking Archangel Raphael once again to put a bubble of protection around your aura allowing that beautiful light to continue its healing and upgrading process and Archangel Michael is showing you the treasure chest once again knowing that at any time that you need more adaptability in this lifetime that that treasure chest is always available to you and if you so choose feeling free to ask or to give a name to one or all three of the butterflies allowing yourself to know deep within that they are available at any time that you need them and as you rest there now you notice that Archangel Uriel is beginning to move and beginning to float toward the outer edge of the room as the bright yellow becomes the softer yellow glow and Archangel Raphael with the soft green butterfly light is moving to the other side of the room and Archangel Michael is floating up floating up toward the ceiling where the wall meets the ceiling and all three of the Archangels are leaving a glow in the room and as you rest there I am thanking Archangel Michael,

Archangel Raphael and Archangel Uriel and the beautiful butterflies for this time together thanking them all and thanking any and all of your spiritual teams that were here as support and breathing in and breathing out and as you breathe in down into your abdomen like a butterfly breathing just a little bit stronger now coming back just a little bit more bringing back with you the energy of the butterflies and the Angels keeping the supply of adaptability available for you coming back gently to the powerful moment of now breathing in and breathing out and opening your eyes when you're ready
