Archangel Ariel Healing

Archangel Ariel begins with gravity as her grounding tool. Then the element of air with the breath releases negativity. Begin by letting in the light of the sun and the moon and the earth and the stars as if you were opening up your body and your mind and simply allowing the light to come in all around you and as you relax there and Archangel Michael is here to remind you of how easy it is to connect with the Archangels you can use your intuition or the senses that work best for you you might notice colors behind your eyelids as this meditation goes on and you may notice pictures in your mind with a sudden thought or a sudden insight or maybe just maybe after you do this meditation you will have a dream tonight where Archangel Ariel connects with you or during your day tomorrow you might notice a slight flash out of the corner of your eye or maybe even a feeling of words or thoughts that can be heard and you know that they're not your own and as you rest there breathing in and breathing out know that Archangel Michael is watching over and aiding the connection with Ariel today allow yourself now to relax even deeper to loosen and soften your shoulders and around your eyes and down your body through your legs and notice or imagine the contact you have with the ground whether you are literally on the ground or you are on a floor or a chair you still have contact with the density of the earth because of gravity feel that gravity reaching up and pulling you down realizing that gravity is like a hug from the earth that's pulling us toward it feel the pressure and the contact that gravity creates between you and the chair or you and the floor this is your energetic connection to Mother Earth give yourself a moment now to feel that hug and become aware that Archangel Michael is even closer now and I'm invoking Archangel Raphael come be with us now come be with us now and Archangel Gabriel the great messenger come be with us now and Archangel Ariel the angel of the earth come be with us now and these four archangels working together today Archangel Michael protecting us Archangel Raphael the great healer coming to assist in your healing in this meditation Archangel Gabriel bringing you messages that maybe you knew you needed and maybe you didn't know and Archangel Ariel come closer now calling on Archangel Ariel the angel of the earth asking Ariel to continue grounding us as we breathe in and breathe out and as you breathe out that anything that no longer serves you can be let go on that exhale breath and as you breathe in and breathe out letting go of troubles or worries and that breath in and that breath out becomes more powerful to you so that it's almost as if as you were breathing in and breathing out you were bringing Archangel Ariel closer knowing that she watches over the elements of the earth so that air as you breathe in and breathe it out becomes a magical filter for you filtering out little particles of negative doubt and fear anxiety,

Depression despair in tiny particles and notice that they get taken out of your body,

Mind and spirit automatically with each breath and you begin to ponder this element as Archangel Ariel comes closer now aware that everyone here is ready ready to connect not only with her but with the elements of her precious earth and she's beginning this time together by inviting you to consider the majesty of air that was created by the divine and Archangel Ariel comes closer still come be with us now and guide us in this meditation she begins to point out things that perhaps you hadn't noticed before the flowers growing along the pathway and she points out that air air is the carrier for the sunlight to those plants and she's pointing out that even the water that flows into the earth from rain contains air and she points out that all living things use air even the rocks and the stones as they have been compressed to hardness in their life on earth much of it due to the air pressure and as you walk with Archangel Ariel she explains to you that the elements of the earth are all intertwined and now Archangel Ariel takes you to a central location that is a long pathway it almost looks like a wide space in the path it has a beautiful fire ring in the center and there are chairs all around and you and Ariel side by side approach this opening in the road and you realize that the ground is covered with thick,

Lush,

Green grass and it makes you want to take your shoes or sandals off just so that you can touch it and perhaps you do take your shoes off and walk through that grass and as you do,

Ariel smiles knowing that the elements are under your feet that there is air in the water and the soil that grew that grass and there is water another element that is in that soil and Ariel is suggesting that you take a closer look at the earth that is always there to support you as if that first breath in and that breath out has become even more magical now as you realize that the air is everywhere it is a carrier and Archangel Ariel offers you a chair now it might have a soft cushion or it might be an Adirondack chair that you just slip into seamlessly and you notice as you sit around this circle that there are other people there some that you may know and maybe they are people that you've never met before and they all begin to talk about the element of air and how wonderful it is and how good it makes them feel because with each breath in and then with each breath out that out breath is carrying away any anxiety or stress and as you rest there perhaps you notice that Archangel Ariel is asking to hold your hand now and you don't know why she is looking at you like that but you put your hand in hers and feel the strength of the divine energy that her light carries and you realize that there is the power of the divine there and it begins to infuse you with energy with strength that you didn't know was possible and as you turn back to the center you notice that inside the circle there is a small flame beginning to burn there a beautiful flame and Archangel Ariel introduces you to the element of fire she begins to tell you about the places on earth that the fire has cleaned and cleared and that sometimes mankind thinks that it is horrible to have a fire in a forest but Archangel Ariel says in reality the fire is a tool that cleans the earth and as you stare at the flame you realize that it's getting larger and becoming more brilliant and you notice the stones around the fire almost like bricks of granite and they are there to protect you and to keep the fire in the center and you begin to ponder what the Archangel has said to you about the fires of the earth as a cleaning tool because when the debris is burned away there is space or air and water to create new growth and indeed underneath the ground there is new growth that is just waiting for fire to finish its work so that the sun and the air and the water can work together to create a new earth and Archangel Ariel is saying to you now that up until now breathing in and breathing out has taken away stress and anxiety from your body,

Mind and spirit but now you have the opportunity to let go of something even bigger something bigger that may have been inside you for a very long time and maybe that thing that is inside you goes way back to your early childhood and as you spend a moment allowing that one particular experience that has held you back all these years perhaps you notice that Archangel Ariel and allowing you time to access a wound or a hurt that runs so deep that only fire itself can handle the depth of that wound and Archangel Ariel is offering you the opportunity the opportunity to let go of that wound and put it in the fire and Archangel Ariel is saying that you have a tool that will loosen and soften that wound and get it ready to put in the fire and that tool is forgiveness and the Archangel is saying that tool,

It can be in the shape of a chisel or it might be in the shape of a sword or it might be anything that seems right for you and Archangel Ariel is saying make no mistake about it the tool is forgiveness and sometimes the tool of forgiveness needs to be given to another person but most of the time Archangel Ariel says people need to forgive themselves so as you rest and settle there breathing in and breathing out look inside yourself knowing that you have already begun the cleaning process now Archangel Ariel is offering to help you help you today and you see your own tool in whatever shape that might be and that tool is bringing in forgiveness inside your mind and your heart and you notice that the tool of forgiveness is loosening and softening that wound almost as if that wound begins to melt from the heat of so much love and forgiveness and as that wound begins to loosen and soften somehow you know that with the help of Ariel you can reach inside yourself and take that wound out and put it in the fire and maybe the element of earth is telling you and maybe the element of air is telling you when that wound is completely gone because you already know that when that wound is completely in the fire and gone that your body will automatically take in a deep breath of that element called air and that deep automatic breath will anchor that healing process inside your mind inside your body and most of all inside your spirit and you feel that sense of healing that sense of peacefulness and as you are aware of that place that that wound once existed Archangel Ariel is now bringing in a combination of air,

Light and water into that space where the wound used to be and it's almost as if the air the light and the water created a divine energy there inside you and you notice that inside you there is new growth almost as if underneath that old wound was a seed a beautiful seed that is a part of you that has been waiting to grow and to sprout and maybe that part of you looks like a tree or a plant or a seedling of some sort or maybe that part of you looks like a rose or a rainbow and you simply allow yourself to become aware that inside of you that healing is nearly complete and you notice that the healing is happening as the plant or the rose or the rainbow that is inside of you is expanding and growing now and Archangel Ariel is watching with a smile on her face and you begin to glow you begin to glow with the light of the divine as you feel the healing inside your body knowing that tomorrow and the day after tomorrow you realize that you are beginning a new and better chapter in your life you realize that Archangel Ariel was here for a reason you realize that Archangel Ariel was here for you and the Archangel Ariel is saying that all along your journey the Archangels are coming and going helping you she is saying that it is never a bad time to call for an Archangel that we are always there Archangel Ariel is saying that the Earth is a planet of healing that heals itself with air and wind and fire and water Archangel Ariel is asking you to connect more frequently with Earth and that each time you do she is there with you and as you feel the pull of gravity you know that Archangel Ariel is right beside you gently and easily now coming back into the room softly bringing back with you the beauty of Archangel Ariel and in this place and this space Archangel Ariel asks Michael to put a circle or an oval of protection around you Ariel asks Archangel Raphael to set the healing as if it were a hard reset keeping the healing that has happened and Ariel is asking Archangel Gabriel to let you constantly hear her message to call upon her as you gently and easily come back into the room opening your eyes when you are ready
