What silence taught me. It taught me that sometimes my words get in the way of my very own bliss. It taught me that sometimes my breath is more than enough. I learned that in the deep solace answers surface naturally with grace. Silence has taught me that it is a powerful peaceful wave and it can soothe my soul and all my energy.
