This is what this tiny meditation is all about,
Regrouping,
Refocusing our energetic body,
Our physical body,
Our mental state,
And we can do that by being still and breathing longer on the exhale.
Breathe in through your nose for 4,
4,
3,
2,
1,
And exhale for 8,
8,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
3,
4,
Breathe out 8,
7,
3,
2,
1.
You can return to your natural breathing.
I find that it truly makes a difference if I do about 10 rounds.
That longer exhale is amazing.
Another thing we can do is as we close our eyes,
We can imagine a very bright light,
Whatever color you like.
I'm thinking light blue.
That energy is within your body,
Starting within your mind,
And as it travels through areas of your body,
It cleans the residue of the morning or energy that's not needed or whatever is not serving you right now.
It is cleansing your body,
Your chakras,
Your energy centers of things that are not for your highest good.
And as this bright light travels,
Traverses inside and out,
Starting at your mind,
Within your mind,
And ending at your feet.
It cleans all that energy out of your body so you are left with that light color of your choice energetically inside.
When we visualize,
We bring ourselves to the exact moment with the anchor of our breath.
And all we have is now.
You should start feeling a little bit lighter,
Yet very connected to where you are sitting,
Lighting down.
Then you can practice that breathing again or visualize the energy of your choice.
