Meditatia Respiratiei, Cu Sprijin Prin Numarare Lenta
Meditatia respiratiei pentru incepatori in mindfulness. Concentrarea pe respiratie este ajutata prin numaratoare lenta de la 1 la 5 si inapoi, cu ajutorul careia se diminueaza antrenarea nedorita in ganduri si se simplifica efortul de mentinere a atentiei pe respiratie.
