You Welcome to Soltitude Himalayan salt cave This is the gratitude and mindfulness meditation Take a few moments to get comfortable in your positions I invite you to close your eyes and take a few deep breaths Acknowledging gratitude is a very important life blessing Each time that we pause and take several moments to feel grateful,

We are changing our lives for the better Let's begin by breathing to be grateful for the air in our lungs Take several deep and relaxing breaths Breathe in,

Filling your body with air Breathe out Say to yourself,

I am grateful Breathe in,

Expanding as much as you can and breathe out,

Contracting I am grateful Allow the breath to relax you Breathe in,

Feeling energized by oxygen Relaxingly breathe out I am grateful If you can,

Notice every sensation related to the breath Notice first the air coming into your nose How does it feel?

Is it cool as it passes through?

Feel the sensations when you breathe and notice how the air passes through quickly when you breathe deeper Now slow down your breath Focusing on how gently the air passes through your nose Can you still sense the feeling of the air?

Bring awareness to the air passing down into the lungs Each tiny molecule of oxygen is aiding in your every life Imagine that you can extend gratitude to oxygen itself Breathe in deeply and as you breathe out thank you and relax Breathe in fully and breathe out and say Breathe in again,

Feeling appreciation towards this breathing process Let it go and say thank you Notice how you feel right now The air is so giving and when we access the goodness of the breath at any time we begin to be grateful for each breath Now relax your mind by allowing it to wander Bring in your thoughts,

Things that you are grateful for What do you notice your mind thinks about?

With each thing that pops into your conscious awareness Smile just a bit and feel appreciation for the thing that you are seeing It could be an experience,

A person,

An object or an accomplishment Say to yourself now Thank you Breathe in deeply and allow the exhale to relax you and remember that gratitude in your breath again Now we will go through different scenarios that humans experience They could fit exactly to your life so really feel in your own body the mind and gratitude for being able to have this experience Some of these experience you may not relate to but when you hear these stories think of someone you know who the story pertains Now bring feelings of gratitude towards those who love and care for you Let images of these wonderful people appear in your mind See their smiles and feel yourself smiling in this vision Clearly see them doing things for you that you are grateful for Thank them and hug them knowing that they expect nothing in return from you except for love Be also grateful for what you can provide for these people especially when they ask you for help with something Breathe in and out and say thank you Being grateful for all that you have material wise is also very important Appreciate this recording that you are listening to and how it guides you into relaxation Appreciate the place you are lying Give thanks that you have shelter You may have a car that gets you from place to place Be thankful for the clothes upon your body Extend gratitude for all of your material items as they are a blessing Breathe in and breathe out and say thank you Sit with gratitude for your material things Become grateful that you always manage to eat good foods to nourish you every day Vividly see what you last ate and feel gratitude that it's digesting effortlessly right now Nourishing your body with nutrients Imagine that you will eat next and perhaps you can sense right now biting into a fresh apple Your favorite variety and notice how it waters in your mouth Feel gratitude for your sense of taste and how many different foods you can experience on your palate Breathe in and breathe out and say thank you Give thanks now to the workers who build our homes,

Our roads,

And who work hard every day in making sure electricity is always supplied to us They deserve your full gratitude Breathe in and out Imagining these people you will never meet but are so important Now imagine that you are standing in front of a large and stunning mirror It has a giant ornate frame that was hand carved and painted You can see your whole reflection in this mirror Notice how you look and what you are wearing Now extend gratitude to yourself Be thankful for all you have done for other people along your journey in life so far You see your reflection standing with grace And you appreciate the times that you had the strength that carried you through the difficult moments You are obliged to offer assistance to any who need you Honor yourself right now Now hear yourself saying with conviction,

I am grateful for this moment Breathe and relax I am so powerful I can achieve everything I set my heart to And I am grateful Breathe and relax I joyfully embrace each new day with gratitude Breathe and relax I am grateful for my dreams and desires because I know that they are manifesting now Breathe and relax I am worthy of being loved Being happy And doing what brings me joy Breathe and relax Every day I am going to work on being more mindful of all the small blessings that I should be thankful for Breathe and relax I am so grateful for discovering my power to create the reality that I'll love Breathe and relax I give thanks that my request has already been fulfilled Breathe and relax I can always find something to appreciate around me Breathe and relax Each new day,

I'm going to stop and be grateful for all of life's beauty Breathe and relax My life may not be perfect,
