This is how I start most of my daily meditation. This body scan meditation allows you to fully surrender to your present state of being, feeling the weight of your body, and bringing you into a deep state of relaxation. From that place, it is much easier to go dive into your subconscious, find moments of quietness, and receive insights. If you are dealing with a difficult situation, start your practice with this and then ask "What am I meant to learn from this?"
