Welcome everybody.

This is your five minute breath reset.

Perfect in the middle of the day.

My name is Clementine and I would be so happy to guide you in this quick practice for clarity and calm focus.

This breath is something that I use during my work days,

Even in team meetings when you want to clear mental fog and reconnect to a steady,

Present energy in just a few minutes.

Now,

Just find a comfortable position,

Ideally seated,

Cross-legged.

If you need to be just leaning your back,

Even in your chair is totally fine.

And please avoid this or adapt this breath if you're pregnant or have epilepsy,

Any serious heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

If you're unsure,

Consult your healthcare professional.

Always listen to your body.

You may feel dizzy or lightheaded.

In this session,

Please return to normal breathing.

At any moment,

It feels too much.

And let's get started.

Let's inhale deeply through the nose.

And exhale through the mouth and make a sigh.

Again,

Deeply in through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

And continue like this,

Connecting your breath,

Inhaling.

Exhaling.

Letting go.

Inhaling.

Letting go.

Keep breathing in through the nose.

And exhaling through the mouth.

Inhaling through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Keep going.

Let go.

Three more.

Two more.

Letting go.

Inhale.

And release.

Now inhaling deeply.

Hold your breath at the top.

Inhale a little more if you can.

And release through the mouth.

Okay,

Now we're gonna go a little faster where you're gonna keep inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

Let's start.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

In.

And hold your breath at the top.

Keep holding.

And release.

Through the mouth.

Beautiful.

Inhale one more time.

Deep inhale.

Breathing into your belly,

Into your chest.

Hold it.

And let go.

Come back to your natural breath.

Inhaling through the nose.

Exhaling through the nose.

Letting your body feel soft,

The muscles of your face relaxing,

Your shoulders dropping further away from your ears.

And let yourself enter a silent meditation.
