This is a fun and spiritual journey of visualization and energy potentials. In this guided visualization adult storytime you will journey to the shire, the elven forests, crystal caves, all on an epic quest to save humanity by ensuring the safety of the Ring of light. Imagine a distant past,

Where a ring was created together by Archangels,

Jesus,

Buddha,

Shiva,

All the deities and God combined.

A ring composed from pure light,

To be used for the forces of good and love.

Whoever wears this ring has the power to overcome fear and darkness by holding it and uplifting it through the light.

All darkness becomes illuminated and transcends.

You may choose your form in this journey of the ring of light.

Choose using your imagination,

Or discover it through your intuition.

You may be an animal,

A mythical being,

A hobbit,

Elf,

Unicorn,

Etc.

Or your human self.

Take a moment to choose your form for this journey now.

Let us begin our journey in the Shire.

The Shire is quite densely populated in certain areas,

With many villages and a few towns,

But is open enough to allow for wide forested areas and marshes.

The green rolling hills and friendly hobbits occupy these lands.

You are meeting Merlin the Wizard here for a cup of tea and a visit.

But first,

You spend time with the hobbits of the Shire,

Conversing and playing or being silly.

You enjoy the Shire,

Visiting your hobbit friends and the beautiful energy of the serene Shire now.

You enter a hobbit home in Hobbiton,

Which is located in the center of the Shire.

You're invited into the home of Serinda Baggins.

Here you are to meet with Merlin the Wizard.

You make your way through the creaky round wooden door and into the hobbit home.

You see Merlin the Wizard with his long beard and white silver hair awaiting you,

As he plucks out pieces of moss and tree branch from his beard and robe.

He gets up,

Excited to see you,

And bangs his head on the short roof.

He greets you with a warm,

Embracing hug.

Come,

Come my friend.

I have much to share with you.

Merlin exclaims.

He pours you a cup of tea,

And he begins to sip his with pursed lips.

You are in for a surprise.

I have fallen across a powerful artifact,

One that contains magic and light,

Never before seen by Middle-Earth.

This artifact is indeed known as the Ring of Light,

Forged through love and energy by the spirits and dimensions of light.

This ring has the power to free humanity from fear and darkness,

To bring peace to chaos,

And to surely heal our planet.

I cannot carry this ring,

As it is too powerful to mix with my own magic.

But you,

You came to me in my dreams.

The Ring has chosen you to bear it.

We need to get the ring in the right hands.

Back to Pachamama,

Back to the Earth.

Only the Earth can contain its power and use it for good.

Only the Earth has energy strong enough to use this ring and not be overpowered by the immense energy and force that flows through it.

We must get this ring to the deepest crevasse of Middle-Earth,

Known as the Earth Well.

This place is far away,

And we must venture through many lands to get there.

But I know you are the one who must carry this light there.

You may choose a spirit guide to join you on this quest.

Which spirit guide would you call to be by your side,

To bring you safety,

Protection,

And help keep your intentions pure with the ring of light?

Call on your spirit guide,

Now.

Your spirit guide joins in on the tea party.

Hello.

Merlin welcomes your guide,

And pours them a cup of tea as well.

Your guide instantly knows all that has been shared,

And assures you that they are ready to stand by you on this quest.

Merlin pulls the ring out of the tip of his staff where it has been held in a tiny opal treasure chest.

He places the ring into a hidden spot in a crown that is adorned with crystals.

Merlin then places the crown upon your head.

Although you are not wearing the ring on your finger,

You do feel a shift in your energy field when this crystal crown containing the ring of light is placed on the crown of your head.

You feel a warm sense of peace rush through your veins.

Like liquid sunshine moving through your body,

It flows into your scalp and head,

Flowing down through your neck,

Into your shoulders and chest,

Down your arms,

And into your fingers.

This warm,

Peaceful feeling moves into your back and abdomen,

Now into your hips,

Down your legs,

Your knees,

And your feet.

Merlin directs you to head first to Rivendell,

The elven valley located over the misty mountains,

Where waterfalls of light flow through the glass and white stone buildings.

Here you will meet with Patchouli,

The elven princess,

As she will guide you to your next destination and give you safe haven.

Make your way with your spirit guide to Rivendell now,

Venturing through forests and villages.

You have arrived at Rivendell.

Before you enter into the crystal castle of light,

You cleanse your spirit in the white light waterfall,

Letting it wash away any heaviness from your body and from your mind.

Stand in the waterfall now,

Letting it penetrate your aura,

Mind,

And body.

Patchouli,

The elven princess,

Greets you with a kind smile.

She is so happy you made it here to this valley of the elves.

The elven council wishes to meet with you at once.

You go into a large cylindrical room that opens up to the sun above.

Here,

Patchouli has a seat set for you and a seat for your spirit guide.

The council is aware that you are carrying the ring of light,

And they wish to help you on your quest.

They,

One by one,

Place their arms on each other's shoulders around the circle.

You and your guide join in,

Your arms reaching onto their shoulders as well.

A complete circle has been formed.

The elves call on their magic and move it into you now,

Giving you a force field of light and protection.

You open yourself to receiving this magic now.

Feel your energy field grow stronger,

Bigger,

And brighter.

The elves feel it is complete,

So they bring their arms down,

And they invite Patchouli to join you on the next leg of your journey.

She is honored by the request and stands by your side.

She informs you that we must now make our way to a dangerous place,

The Cave of Echoes,

Before emerging into the Crystal Caves.

You make your way across heavily forested lands where you see many unicorns grazing.

The unicorns raise their heads to look up at you.

They sense the power that you hold,

And they nod their heads at you,

Sending rainbows of light towards you.

These rainbows help to balance your energy centers and chakras.

Receive them now.

You thank the unicorns for their rainbows and continue on your journey.

We approach the Cave of Echoes now with Patchouli and your spirit guide.

The Cave of Echoes is a dark place.

It echoes the voices of our ego,

Of our inner saboteur,

The voices that cause destruction,

Pain,

And chaos within us.

With the Ring of Light,

You can use it to cease these voices of chaos by bringing in a message to be whispered throughout the cave.

But first,

You must decide what that message is.

What words do you want to speak to end the Cave of Echoes' reign of tyranny,

Of negative thoughts that we possess?

What one positive message,

One positive thought do you want to use to overcome them all?

Think of this now.

Conjure it within your mind.

Once you have your message,

You slip the ring out of the crystal crown and onto your finger.

You feel an overwhelming sense of light and strength begin to emanate from within you.

You become brighter and lighter.

As you place it on your finger,

You whisper your message into it that you want to share to the darkness.

You begin to head into the dark Cave of Echoes,

But you yourself are lighting it up.

The whispers of ego and hatred move towards you,

But the ring sends out your message of love back towards them.

The love and the light prevails,

And the whispers take on your words now,

Neutralizing the Cave of Echoes,

Making it a safe space to venture through.

You make it to the end of the dark cave,

And enter into a crystal cave now,

Composed of the magical,

Powerful crystal of clear quartz.

Quartz amplifies energies.

You realize that you are still wearing the ring,

And your energy becomes so much stronger.

You begin to lift off of the ground and levitate,

Floating around this huge quartz cave,

Enjoying the feeling of flying around it now.

You begin to slowly float down.

As you pull the ring up and off your finger,

You place it securely back into your crystal crown.

Patchouli thanks you for facing the darkness with your light.

She is so grateful that you are able to wear the ring and use it for good.

Patchouli knows that she must head back to Rivendell as she is needed there.

She guides you to a mossy grove in the Forest of Dreams,

And invites you to rest.

There are new helpers that will tend to you in the morning,

Bringing you to the last and final leg of your journey.

You thank Patchouli for her guidance,

And rest alongside your spirit guide.

You did not know this,

But your guide shares with you that the Forest of Dreams has the power to make your dreams a reality.

Spend some time dreaming your ideal human life now,

What it looks like,

How it is different or the same,

And enjoy taking advantage of this dreaming process.

You fall asleep in the dreaming process,

And your dreams soak down into the moss beneath you where the earth energies dwell,

And a network of mycelium mushrooms send electrical impulses and energy throughout the earth to help stimulate the creation of your dreams.

See your dreams spreading to all parts of the planet now.

You awaken to a tiny fairy landing on your nose.

It softly giggles.

You notice multiple fairies buzzing around like hummingbirds,

So colorful and joyful.

The fairies let you know that for the final journey,

You will need the power of joy to venture to the crevasse known as Earthwell.

They ask you to stand up.

They begin to dance and fly around you,

Moving so quickly,

It looks like you are in a wind tunnel of rainbow light.

They are giggling and bringing out their inner joy,

Inviting the joy within you to come out.

You feel it rise from your belly.

Giggles,

Laughter,

And joy.

Let it come out now.

If you cannot feel it come out on its own,

Bring happy memories to mind to let the joy rise from within you.

Wonderful.

The joy has risen.

The fairies now guide you to the Earthwell,

Where you can place the ring for all of eternity.

You come up to the River of Faith.

It is a huge and extremely wide river,

Roaring with turbulence and rapids.

It does not look crossable.

The fairies let you know that to cross it,

You must give in to faith.

Surrender to faith and let go.

You take a deep breath and move into a floating position on your back.

The choppy waters glide you gently and smoothly as you move into a space of faith,

Slowly delivering you to the other side.

Wow,

It worked.

Nice job.

Up ahead is a broken bridge,

One that needs repairing.

Bridges are symbolic and important in these lands.

They represent connection and love between all people.

When one encounters a broken bridge,

They fear loss of love and connection to those that they care about.

You innately know that this is a job for the Ring of Light.

You take it out of your crown and place it upon your finger.

Energy begins to stream through your hands.

For the bridge to be connected,

You must first come up with a relationship you wish to repair in your own human life.

One that needs mending or love to heal.

You must see this happening for you first before you can repair this bridge.

Envision your relationship mending.

The bridge coming together and the love flowing in your relationship.

This can also be your relationship with yourself if love is needed here.

Visualize this being repaired with love,

Light,

And connection now.

Now the Ring can make the repairs to the bridge for you as you have done your own work and shown it that it's possible.

The energy beams from your hands,

Picking up dead fallen trees in the forest,

Creating rope from old vines,

And the pieces begin to float in the air,

Mending the broken bridge now.

Wonderful work!

The Ferris congratulate you on your helping of this endeavor.

You cross the bridge safely and have finally arrived at the earth well.

You did not realize it is a crevasse that goes all the way down,

Endlessly it seems,

Possibly to the center of the earth.

You cannot see that far,

But there is a knowing within you of its depths.

The Ferris say goodbye as this part of your journey is just for you.

You thank them for helping you.

Your spirit guide turns to you and instructs you now on what must be done.

With this Ring,

You have the power to do good in this world.

You can heal the planet,

Bring peace to the countries and wars,

Bring love into the hearts of those holding hatred for others or hatred for themselves.

You have all the power in the world.

Merlin and God trusted you with this Ring.

They believed in you and what you would use it for.

Now you have the power.

Before you drop this Ring into the earth well,

You can direct its energy for good.

All you have to do is wear the Ring and think of all the good you wish for it to be used for.

For yourself,

Others,

The planet,

Whatever your heart desires.

You will have time to do this,

So no rush.

Take as much time as you need.

Reflect on the ways you want good to happen,

Where light is needed in dark spaces,

Where love is needed for weary hearts.

Maybe there are people you wish to help with this power of the Ring.

You will have 444 seconds,

Which is an abundance of time,

Before you need to place this Ring into the earth well.

Use every second to its fullest advantage as you have the power to change this planet for good.

Using the force of light and love,

Do this through visualizing,

Feeling,

Dreaming,

Imagining or using your own words.

When the time is up,

I'll instruct you on gifting the Ring to the earth well.

You take the Ring out of your crystal crown for one final time and place it upon your finger.

Begin harnessing and directing its energy for good now.

Wonderful.

When you're ready,

You may drop the Ring into the earth well.

The earth will hold it,

Take it,

Absorb it and unleash its powerful energy to the planet,

Making all of your wishes and dreams come true.

You drop the Ring in and lean into faith that all will be delivered by Pachamama.

When you are ready,

You return home to your sense of yourself,

Your spirit guide bringing you back to yourself fully.
