There is no need for protection.

Because you know you are love.

You know joy,

Peace,

Freedom,

And health is within you.

It is your truth,

And it is a state available to you at all times.

You become unaffected by others' energies,

Thoughts,

And actions.

When you look at them through the eyes of love,

All you see is compassion for those people who are hurting.

You can see the bad vibes they are flicking onto others as an extension of their own suffering.

Your truth knows that those bad vibes are not yours.

You will not pick up the negative energy that has been sent to you,

Because it is not your own.

We will do an energetic transmission of the pure love vibration and radiate it into every part of your body.

Coordinating muscle movements,

Send this pure loving light to your cerebellum now,

Letting your movements be directed by pure love.

Beneath the cerebellum is your brainstem.

It performs many automatic functions like breathing,

Heart rate,

Your wake and sleep cycles,

And digestion.

Allow the beauty of your higher self to enter and embrace this area with its light.

Spreading this light now to your cranium,

Your eyes,

Your ears,

Your mouth,

And your beautiful face,

Your whole head.

Showering your skull,

Radiating this shower of light from your higher self down into your neck,

Diffusing any blockages of belief that say you can't be radiant love,

That you can't be your highest self,

And thrive.

Filling your trachea and esophagus,

Touching your supportive cervical spine,

Trapezius and neck muscles,

Touching the brachial plexus nerves,

Between your shoulders and neck,

Showering light here,

Shining unstoppable belief in radiance into your clavicles,

And around your backside to the scapulas.

Love into your shoulder joints,

Synovial fluid and cartilage,

Into the rotator cuff muscles supporting your shoulder blades,

Deltoid muscles covering your shoulders that carry your responsibilities,

Infusing this love into your humerus bones,

And the strong biceps and triceps wrapping around it.

Fearless love entering your elbow joints,

Sliding this light down into your flexors and extensors of your forearms,

The forearm bones,

The wrist bones,

Tendons and ligaments of your hands and fingers,

Individual phalanges of your fingers,

Aren't your hands just miraculous?

Pure light radiating down your arms and the nerves,

Veins,

And arteries that innervate them,

That allow you to connect with the world around you,

Radiating unconditional and fearless love from your higher self into your pectoralis muscles,

Your breast tissue,

The space of gratitude,

Your upper and middle back muscles,

Your thoracic spine,

Shining this light into your upper ribs,

Noticing how they move when they're infused with this love,

Bringing in calming love and light,

Your abdominal muscles,

Light into your diaphragm,

Shower diamond light into your digestive supporter,

Love enters into your filtering kidneys and shines down your ureters into your bladder,

Pure love of the highest caliber shines through your small intestines and the microvilli that help your food turn into energy,

Shining into your large intestine and colon,

The releasing doorway of the body,

Entering your lumbar spine,

And coccyx,

Shining light into your life-maker,

Testes,

Ovaries,

Filling your sexual organs,
