When you are in the space of love,
There is no need for protection.
Because you know you are love.
You know joy,
Peace,
Freedom,
And health is within you.
It is your truth,
And it is a state available to you at all times.
You become unaffected by others' energies,
Thoughts,
And actions.
When you look at them through the eyes of love,
All you see is compassion for those people who are hurting.
You can see the bad vibes they are flicking onto others as an extension of their own suffering.
Your truth knows that those bad vibes are not yours.
You will not pick up the negative energy that has been sent to you,
Because it is not your own.
We will do an energetic transmission of the pure love vibration and radiate it into every part of your body.
Don't worry if you don't know any of the anatomical terms.
Just let the love be directed by your intuition throughout your body.
Close your eyes and soften your breath.
Soften your being.
Let's call in your higher self.
The highest version composed of pure love.
Let them hover near you and radiate their energy into your body,
Into your aura,
And immediately transform fearful vibrations into the loving ones that mirror your soul truth.
With your higher self beside you,
Recalibrating your energy field to that of love,
Bring your awareness to your brain.
More specifically,
Your cerebrum,
Which has the right and left hemispheres.
Here's where your body performs touch,
Vision,
And hearing,
Speech,
Reasoning,
Emotions,
And learning.
Let the light of your higher self radiate into this area,
And any walls or blockages being held here out of fear.
Let it return to its ideal state of love.
Underneath the cerebrum is the cerebellum,
Coordinating muscle movements,
Maintaining your wonderful posture and balance.
Send this pure loving light to your cerebellum now,
Letting your movements be directed by pure love.
Beneath the cerebellum is your brainstem.
It performs many automatic functions like breathing,
Heart rate,
Your wake and sleep cycles,
And digestion.
Allow the beauty of your higher self to enter and embrace this area with its light.
Spreading this light now to your cranium,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
And your beautiful face,
Your whole head.
Showering your skull,
Radiating this shower of light from your higher self down into your neck,
Diffusing any blockages of belief that say you can't be radiant love,
That you can't be your highest self,
And thrive.
Filling your trachea and esophagus,
Touching your supportive cervical spine,
Trapezius and neck muscles,
Touching the brachial plexus nerves,
Between your shoulders and neck,
Showering light here,
Shining unstoppable belief in radiance into your clavicles,
And around your backside to the scapulas.
Love into your shoulder joints,
Synovial fluid and cartilage,
Into the rotator cuff muscles supporting your shoulder blades,
Deltoid muscles covering your shoulders that carry your responsibilities,
Infusing this love into your humerus bones,
And the strong biceps and triceps wrapping around it.
Fearless love entering your elbow joints,
Sliding this light down into your flexors and extensors of your forearms,
The forearm bones,
The wrist bones,
Tendons and ligaments of your hands and fingers,
Individual phalanges of your fingers,
Aren't your hands just miraculous?
Pure light radiating down your arms and the nerves,
Veins,
And arteries that innervate them,
That allow you to connect with the world around you,
Radiating unconditional and fearless love from your higher self into your pectoralis muscles,
Your breast tissue,
The space of gratitude,
Your upper and middle back muscles,
Your thoracic spine,
Shining this light into your upper ribs,
Noticing how they move when they're infused with this love,
Shining this love into your loving heart muscle,
Your life-giving lungs,
And your hard-working stomach.
Let your higher self touch to the right of your stomach and embrace your liver that carries your potency,
Then touch your filtering spleen just behind your stomach,
Bringing in calming love and light,
Touching your lower ribs that protect these precious organs,
Your abdominal muscles,
Light into your diaphragm,
Your lower back,
Now just below your liver,
Shower diamond light into your digestive supporter,
Your pancreas,
Love enters into your filtering kidneys and shines down your ureters into your bladder,
Pure love of the highest caliber shines through your small intestines and the microvilli that help your food turn into energy,
Shining into your large intestine and colon,
The releasing doorway of the body,
Entering your lumbar spine,
Sacral bone,
And coccyx,
Shining light into your life-maker,
Testes,
Ovaries,
Vagina,
And penis,
Filling your sexual organs,
Radiating pure love and light here to this very sacred space,
Shining a beam of loving light down your spinal column,
And the complex nerves flowing in and out of them,
Reporting to and from the brain,
Directing your wonderful body,
Love softly caressing your gluteal muscles,
Pelvic bowl,
Ilium,
Ischium,
Pubis,
And entering your femur bones,
Radiating down into your quadriceps and hamstrings,
Light shining into your knees,
The cartilage,
MCLs,
LCLs,
ACLs,
All of the precious ligaments and tendons here,
Shining down your tibia and fibula bones,
And the calf muscles all around them,
Radiating love into your ankle bones and toes,
These beautiful legs and feet that carry you throughout your life,
Innervating the nerves,
Veins,
And arteries of your hips and legs,
Your higher self radiates its pure frequency into your protecting skin,
Hair,
And nails,
Love and light flows into the nutrient-carrying and infection-fighting blood cells of your body,
Entering into the unappreciated hormones of your body,
Now letting your higher self merge with your body,
Are your higher self,
You constantly radiate pure light and love,
If you continue to allow it,
Allow it,
Be love,
Unstoppable love,
No fear,
No outer force is more powerful than you recalibrated with the power of your higher self,
Let the full recalibration take place now,
As your light body merges pure love into the cells and tissues of your body,
Wonderful,
How are you feeling after this practice?
I hope you are shining a little bit brighter,
You are love dear soul,
And when you let love penetrate every organ and tissue of your body,
Illness,
Dysfunction,
And imbalance have a hard time existing,
Negative energies and people are uplifted when they are around you,
And can't bring you down,
Have a lovely day,
You loving soul,
Namaste.
