Cord Cutting: Archangel Practice

This is a guided practice where Carolyne draws on our Archangels to sever and release negative cords and attachments from our past, freeing us to experience healthier relationships, and live a life of greater happiness and joy.

And a very warm welcome to this Archangel cord cutting meditation.

Before we begin I invite you to make yourself nice and comfortable.

Ensure that you won't be disturbed by the telephone.

And allow yourself to come to rest.

Just making any last minute adjustments to ensure your comfort throughout the meditation.

And then just allow your eyes to gently close.

And begin by taking in a few slow long deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you breathe in allow the breath to work its way into all the four corners of your belly.

And as you exhale empty your lungs completely.

Just push the last breath out of your lungs.

And allow your body to relax down just a little bit more.

If your mind wanders that's okay.

That's exactly what minds are designed to do.

Just gently bring your awareness and your attention back to your breath.

And with each breath you exhale just feel your body and your mind slipping into a slightly deeper state of relaxation.

Now take yourself somewhere in your mind which you can call your sanctuary.

Could be a beach or a mountain or in a beautiful temple.

Go with whatever comes to mind a place where you feel at peace.

Place where you feel safe and comfortable.

And as you fully associate yourself with your sanctuary now take a moment to drink in all the colors of your surroundings.

Notice all the fine details.

Take a moment to listen to all the sounds.

And feel all the beautiful feelings associated with your sacred space.

And in a moment or two we're going to call in three beautiful and powerful archangels.

Archangel Michael which will help us to sever any old outdated or negative cords which don't serve our highest good and keep us bound in past emotion or experiences.

Archangel Raphael the Patron Saint of Healers comes with this beautiful emerald green healing ray to help heal us from the past in order to free us in the present.

And Archangel Chamuel the Angel of Love.

But for now I'd like you to bring to mind the person with who you'd like to cord cut today.

Could be somebody that you've been struggling with,

Somebody you resent or feel hurt by.

Somebody you've noticed you just feel a gentle niggle with.

Or perhaps like me you like to just keep your energy clean and do random cord cuttings every now and then.

Just to make sure that your relations stay balanced and harmonious with people.

So in your mind allow this person to come into your awareness and imagine or get a sense that they are standing around two meters in front of you.

This is the higher self of the person.

The higher self of a person understands that we are here on more of a soul journey and that situations are happening for us and not to us.

On a soul level we understand that every person is our teacher and that each connection we have with someone whether it be positive or negative gives our soul the opportunity to grow in one way or another.

But sometimes old outdated energy can stop us from moving forward.

Hence why cord cutting can be so powerful because it can free us and them to enable us to move forward on our journey.

As that person stands two meters in front of you in your mind you can repeat after me.

Archangel Michael I call upon you today and I thank you Michael for assisting me in severing all outdated energy.

Helping me to detach negative energy and cords with this person releasing any negative enmeshment.

Freeing myself and freeing them so that they can move forward in their life with ease and grace as well as myself.

And with that Archangel Michael appears to your left beautiful almighty Archangel.

Then call upon Archangel Raphael thank you Archangel Raphael for joining me today.

Thank you for bringing your powerful emerald green healing ray to help heal where the cords once were.

Help bring healing and balance to myself and to this other person so that we can both heal along our pathways and be free from this old outdated energy.

And with that Archangel Raphael stands to your right.

And then call upon Archangel Chamuel powerful angel of love.

Archangel Chamuel thank you for joining me today.

Thank you for bringing your powerful ray of unconditional love and where the negative cords once were to replace those cords with your divine love and healing.

And then I want you to take a moment to notice the cords that are binding you to this person.

It's important to have a good look at this point.

You might notice an attachment to your wrist or your neck or behind you on your back or your ankle or your heart chakra or your heart center,

Your physical heart.

These cords literally can be anywhere and sometimes you will notice that they are more prominent solar plexus to solar plexus.

That is the energy center just in between your rib cage.

This is our center of empowerment.

This is our intuition.

This is our ego.

Sometimes these cords can attach very firmly in that place so check that too.

Notice if the cords are thick and gray whether they are ropes or chains.

Just go with whatever comes into your mind.

The gray cords usually are quite symbolic of very old energy.

Very thick,

Very dense,

Very old energy and the lighter cords are newer fresh energy that may have accumulated.

And then ask Archangel Michael to step forward to cut and sever those cords.

Thank you Michael for severing these cords,

For diffusing all negative energy contained within in all directions of time,

Now and forever more.

And with that Archangel Michael uses his almighty sword and severs through all those old outdated cords.

And when the cords are severed they have no life force and they dissolve and disintegrate into nothingness.

You immediately start to feel a sense of relief as Archangel Michael steps back and you invite Archangel Raphael to step forward now and with one hand pointing towards you and one towards the other this beautiful emerald green healing ray comes out of the palms of Archangel Raphael's hands and showers you and the other person in this beautiful healing emerald ray.

Just imagine standing there and soaking up this ray like a sponge.

Watching that emerald green ray working its way into all the spaces where the cords once were,

Imagining that beautiful emerald green ray washing through your mind,

Healing all the old thought forms associated with all the old negative energy.

Washing and dissolving and neutralizing,

Healing and uplifting.

You give thanks to Archangel Raphael as Raphael steps back and you ask Archangel Samuel to step forward now and just the same as Raphael,

Samuel holds the palms of his hands and showers you both in the most beautiful divine pink energy.

Pink is the energy of love,

Universal love,

Unconditional love.

Just allow yourself to receive this beautiful ray of unconditional love at this time.

And where all those cords once were,

This beautiful pink ray re-establishing new loving connections with you and the other person.

Giving thanks to Archangel Samuel,

In fact giving thanks to all the angels for joining you today.

Take a moment now to send the person three well wishes,

Whether it be I wish you healing or I wish you peace in your mind.

I wish you love.

I wish you abundance or prosperity.

I wish for you all that I wish for myself.

And then with that the person starts to move away and disappears and now that the angels work is done they too leave the sacred space and as you're there your awareness and your attention is brought back into your sanctuary,

Beautiful colors,

The lovely sounds,

Beautiful feelings.

And now that your work here is done for today know that you can come back at any time and sever with any person,

In fact I highly recommend that you sever these cords with anybody who has been a part of your past.

Free up your energy so you can walk forward for an amazing,

Loving,

Peaceful and abundant future.

And taking a couple of slow deep breaths now.

So you breathe down deep into all the four corners of your belly.

Each breath you exhale empty your lungs completely just removing the last remaining part of that old energy now.

And beginning to bring your awareness and your attention back into this space and time.

You can when you're ready can gently open your eyes.
