This meditation is designed to help you connect with your future self and activate that frequency in this present moment.
This will help you to collapse timelines and embody the life that is already waiting for you.
Get comfortable,
Either seated or lying down,
And when you're ready,
You can gently close your eyes and begin by taking in a slow,
Long,
Deep breath through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Inhaling as much as you can and emptying your lungs completely.
Do this a couple of times,
Allowing you to soften into this present moment,
Imagining your energy opening and expanding,
Signifying receptivity to receiving all good.
You may want to open your hands so your palms are facing the ceiling.
This is another symbolic gesture of openness and receptivity,
To receive all the good around you and in the universe,
And as you relax down even more,
Bring your mind to the version of you that has already created the life you deeply desire,
That version of you is already living it,
That version of you looking radiant,
Feeling healthy,
Surrounded by loving,
Inspiring people,
Does meaningful work,
And lives an abundant,
Spacious life.
This version of you already deeply in alignment with your core values,
Truth and joy.
And hone in on the details of this future version of you,
So that it becomes clearer and clearer,
And you can do this by asking yourself the question,
What is different about this future version of me?
And what else is different?
And what else?
And to go into even more detail,
What else is different about this version of you?
And let each answer guide you deeper into this familiar future.
And now ask yourself,
What does this future version of me believe about themselves?
What is their inner dialogue like?
What kind of things do they say to themselves on a daily basis?
What does that future version of you eat and drink to nourish their body?
What is their daily routine like?
What things do they do that bring them joy,
And peace,
And presence?
What does your future self focus on every day?
What kind of people do you surround yourself with?
We become most like the top five people we spend time with.
Feel or visualize in your mind the type of positive,
Uplifting,
Inspiring people you surround yourself with.
How does that future you walk?
Shoulders back,
Head up high,
With a spring in his step?
Knowing the power of words,
How does that future version of you talk?
And how does that future version of you dress and take care of themselves?
Do you accept this identity in the here and now?
If the answer is yes,
Then allow yourself to breathe that energy in,
Into your body.
Imagine it entering into your cells,
Your nervous system completely recalibrating.
Feel the upgrade.
Feel the alignment.
And know that this future version of you is not separate from you.
A future version of you is you.
You are simply remembering and returning and committing to be an active participant in the creation of your life.
Ask yourself,
What's the one action I can take today and every day to collapse this timeline and move closer to that version of me?
Just one small pivot.
One consistent action.
One decision.
Designed to shift your energy.
Could be a boundary.
A truth spoken.
A particular food removed perhaps.
A new routine added.
Just one step towards embodiment.
And every small action you take,
Not only aligns you,
But sends the message to your subconscious mind,
I am worthy.
I am important.
I trust myself.
I can do this.
Feel free to stay there and submerge as long as you desire.
Or if it feels right,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Take a final deep anchoring breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale,
You can slowly and gently open,
Carrying this future version of you.
