Good morning.
Today we take a moment to return to ourselves,
To remember that rhythm is permission,
Not pressure.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position or lying down,
Whatever helps you feel supported.
Allow your hands to rest gently on your lap or your heart.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly release through your mouth.
Again inhale and exhale.
One more time,
Breathing in what you need today and letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
As you breathe,
Gently release any tension from the night before.
Let it soften through your shoulders,
Your belly,
Your jaw.
You don't need to hold it,
Not right now.
Today is a new rhythm,
A fresh breath.
Now I'll offer three questions to guide your inner rhythm check-in.
Let each one land.
You don't need to solve anything,
Just listen,
Feel,
And notice what rises.
The first one is,
What does my head need today?
Your thoughts,
Your focus,
Your clarity.
What does your mind crave right now?
The second one is,
What does my heart need today?
What is your emotional center asking for?
Is it connection,
Care,
Or expression?
And the last question,
What does my body need today?
What kind of rhythm,
Movement,
Or rest would feel nourishing?
Trust whatever came up,
Even if it was silence.
Your rhythm doesn't need to be loud to be true.
Let your answers to these three questions shape how you treat yourself today,
The time you give yourself today,
And what you need today.
Let's seal this check-in with a simple phrase,
Today I honor my rhythm.
Say it with me,
Today I honor my rhythm.
Take one more deep breath in,
And exhale fully.
When you're ready,
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Let movement slowly come back to your body.
Blink your eyes open to the world around you.
And step into your day,
Fully rooted in the rhythm that is yours to keep.
