This is a Yoga Nidra (Conscious Sleep) Guided Meditation. This recording was prepared during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a gift from me to you to help you calm the mind, connect to your inner healer, and amplify your potential to create positive neuro-pathways in the brain which translate into your day to day life. In this Journey Back Home, you will be slowing down brain waves and getting access to subtler states of consciousness where true transformation lies.

Hi,

If you're listening to this audio recording,

You might be searching for a way to reconnect to a part of yourself or a part of the multiverse that might not be otherwise accessible to you at this time in your life.

Consider this an invitation to ponder the real,

The surreal,

And everything that occurs within the imaginary realm.

Welcome to the journey back home.

I've been waiting for you.

My name is Carolina Lopez and I'll be your guide.

This journey is my gift.

All you have to do is listen,

Tune into my voice,

And observe the experiences that unfold within you.

For our journey together,

I want you to be laying down on your back.

The more that the physical body is able to relax,

The more freedom you give your mind to drift into new states of perception.

Make sure that you're comfortable and warm.

Grab a pillow for underneath your head.

Maybe use an extra pillow for underneath your knees or thighs for extra lower back support.

The body temperature tends to drop as the body relaxes.

If you feel like you might get cold,

Cover yourself with a blanket.

An eye mask or something to cover your eyes could be nice too.

Extend your arms out by your sides with your palms facing up.

Feet are separate from each other so inner thighs won't touch.

Bring your shoulder blades together,

Allowing the chest to open up.

If you haven't done so already,

Close your eyes and let them rest in the eye sockets.

The outward looking is no longer needed.

Sutter awaken your attention inwardly.

This is where radical self-reliance begins.

Unclench your jaw completely.

Soften the inside of your mouth and the space behind your eyes.

Relax the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet.

Feel your inner ears melting towards the ground.

The body sat on its posture.

All of this will enhance your inner experience to this treasured homecoming.

We will start by using breath awareness to help you shift from the outer world to the inner world,

Where not only all your best life memories live,

But also all the infinite possibilities,

Experiences,

And potentials that the mind can create for the future.

Now relaxing the muscles around your stomach,

Take a deep inhale through the nose,

Filling up the belly with air.

And using the muscles of your stomach to slowly push the air out,

Exhale through the mouth,

Letting it all out,

Releasing the weight of the body into the ground.

We're going to do this three more times.

Relax the muscles around the belly,

Taking a deep inhale through the nose,

Filling up the stomach with air.

And using the muscles around the stomach,

Slowly push the air out,

Exhaling through the mouth,

Letting it all out.

And as you do,

Release yourself completely and be still.

You're going to do two more now on your own.

Allow the inhales and the exhales to be equal in their duration.

And on each exhale,

Allow yourself to experience an even deeper relaxation and surrender of the body.

Release control of the breath.

As the outer form of the body,

Grow quieter and quieter.

Grow your attention to your alive and undeniable inner presence.

Turn off the lights of the outside world and turn on the lights inside.

You are home.

At home,

You are exploring the quantum kaleidoscope of possibility,

Existing in multiple potential states at the same time.

You have an omnipresence,

Home.

Now open your attention to the consciousness of your body.

Become even more aware of your relaxed body and space.

Remain in the space of the body and gently focus and move your attention to each of the internal points of yourself that I call out.

Moving your attention throughout your body creates an energetic flow in your brain that naturally deepens the awareness.

We begin on the right side of the body.

Shrink your attention to fit in the space of your right hand thumb and feel your right hand thumb.

Move the attention to feel the right index finger,

Right middle finger,

Right wing finger,

Right pinky finger,

The five fingers together,

Top of the right hand,

Palm of the right hand,

The center of your wrist,

Your forearm,

The center of your elbow,

Upper arm,

The center of your right shoulder blade,

The underarm,

Right rib cage,

The right side of your waist,

Right hip,

Right thigh,

Center of the knee joint,

The right shin,

Right ankle,

Right heel,

Top of the right foot,

Sole of the right foot,

Your big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe,

And your five toes together.

Feel the whole right side of the body now.

Feeling the whole right side.

Your attention now lands onto the space of your left hand thumb,

Left index finger,

Left middle finger,

Left ring finger,

Left pinky finger,

The five fingers together,

The top of the left hand,

Palm of the left hand,

Your wrist,

Forearm,

Center of your elbow,

Upper arm,

Center of your shoulder blade,

The underarm,

Left rib cage,

Left side of your waist,

Left hip,

Left thigh,

Center of the knee,

Left shin,

Left heel and left ankle,

Top of the left foot,

Sole of the left foot,

Your big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe,

And the five toes together.

Now feel the whole left side of the body,

Whole left side.

You will start to feel your back body starting with both your ankles,

Both calves,

Both backs of the knees,

Both hamstrings,

Both glutes,

Your lower back,

Mid back,

Upper back,

The back of your neck,

Back of your head,

The crown of the head,

Your forehead,

Right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow,

The space in between the brows,

Right temple,

Left temple,

Right ear,

Left ear,

Right cheek,

Left cheek,

Right nostril,

Left nostril,

Bridge of the nose,

Your upper lip,

Lower lip,

Go inside of your mouth to feel your tongue,

The floor of the mouth,

Your upper palate,

Your teeth,

And feel your whole entire mouth.

Feel your jaw,

Your chin,

Your throat,

Right collarbone,

Left collarbone,

The right side of your chest,

Left side of your chest,

The center of your chest,

Upper abdomen,

Lower abdomen,

Your pelvic floor,

Both your thighs,

Both kneecaps,

Your shins,

And the tops of the feet.

I want you to now feel your whole entire right leg from the hip crease down to the toes,

And add your whole entire left leg from the hip crease down to the toes.

Keep feeling your legs and add your right arm from the shoulder blades down to the fingertips,

And add your left arm from the shoulder blades down to the fingertips.

Add your abdomen,

Your back,

Your chest,

The back of the heart,

Your neck,

Your face,

Your head.

So you're now feeling your whole physical body,

Feeling your whole body,

Whole body awareness.

Bring your full attention to your breath.

Imagine and feel that you're breathing in a translucent bubble.

Every time you breathe in,

The bubble grows larger,

Gently expanding and surrounding you.

And every time you breathe out,

The bubble retracts back into your heart.

Now start to count the number of cycles of breath backwards from 10 to 0.

Be careful not to lose count or miss a breath.

Once you reach zero,

The body will be deeply and completely relaxed.

Shifting deeper into your inner landscape,

We will go on a visualization journey back home together.

Stay awake,

Alert and aware.

A winding road leads you into the desert.

A crystal lake sits underneath sharp black rock.

You begin to see a parade of others,

No forms,

Shapes and sizes lined up on a similar journey.

Only now you realize they're not separate from you.

They are you.

A gateway opens.

This isn't a physical gate,

But something even more powerful.

Once you make your way inside,

There is no turning back.

You decide to go ahead.

As you walk through this gate,

A dust storm begins to form,

Completely filling your vision with white light.

When the dust settles,

You are greeted by a warm face who calls out your name,

But not the name given to you by your parents.

It's something else that was created outside of time.

In your mind,

Listen for it now.

You are welcomed home hundreds of times by strangers whose eyes are filled with the clear light of loving kindness and acceptance without question.

The cosmic party is already underway.

You are on a bicycle,

Glowing like a starlight,

Moving gracefully around this nebula,

Alone yet surrounded by friends.

From the bird's view,

A new constellation is forming with yourself and everyone around you.

Giant animals emerge from nowhere,

Passing you by in a wave of sound.

Geometric flowers invite you in.

Your fragrance illuminates an endless psychedelic garden.

A cosmic dance of color radiates into your being.

A towering birthday cake lights up as bright as the sun.

A rhythmic vibration comes over you.

A cathedral full of dancing worshippers arrives to dance.

This is a chance to recognize the eternal celebration in your heart.

You arrive in an open space.

An infinite ocean of sand comes into view.

Here,

There is no right or wrong path,

No fixed direction.

Everything and everything you could imagine exists here,

In the multiverse.

Everything is perfect.

There is no judgment here.

Not from others,

Not from yourself,

Not from invisible spirits.

An eternal presence begins to wash over you.

It's gentle,

Kind,

Warm and full of love.

A healing presence that is with you at all times,

Giving you everything you need.

You witness all of your fear disappear into the wind.

It can no longer stop you from anything.

You are radically expressed as a complete and total manifestation of love.

Your heart is bright.

You are home.

The atmosphere shifts.

The air grows heavy.

It is quiet.

This is a safe space,

Yet very powerful.

Angels call out.

You begin to see faces,

Faces from your past.

You might begin sensing memories of people you have loved.

As you inhale,

You might see memories of people that have moved on to the next destination.

You might see a version of yourself that is no longer serving you.

Here in this temple,

In this moment,

As you exhale,

You can recognize the past,

Embrace all parts and aspects of it,

Respecting and acknowledging it.

And finally,

You let go.

Let yourself go.

You can let it all go.

Allow yourself to be free from any chains or any shadows that kept you from being complete.

The universe wants you to be happy again.

A warm feeling of joy begins to fill you from the inside out.

Serving warm energy will once again fill up your heart.

Anything that was once fragmented is now healed and reintegrated into its perfect shape.

Your whole being is reformed better than before.

You are whole.

You feel it.

You see it.

You recognize it.

You're complete.

You're now ready.

The new embodied version of yourself who is able to exist everywhere at the same time.

Welcome to the multiverse.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Welcome home.

Tune back into my voice.

To tune back completely into my voice.

Become familiar with your surroundings,

The room as you last remember it.

You can use this opportunity to set yourself a positive resolve or intention for the rest of your day or night.

Let that intention seek deep inside.

And slowly begin to bring yourself back.

Come gently back into your body by bringing awareness back to the breath.

Allowing the breath to be long and deep.

At the same time,

Slowly begin to move your body.

Start to feel familiar with your body.

Be completely aware of your environment.

The journey back home is now complete.
