This track features the bija mantra “Yam,” the sacred Sanskrit seed sound associated with the Heart Chakra (Anahata). Chanted 49 times and gently accompanied by soft nature sounds like wind and birdsong, this mantra helps open the heart space and invite in compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love. As you listen, you can visualize your heart chakra as a glowing green vortex at the center of your chest—spinning gently and steadily, expanding warmth and loving energy throughout your entire being. Whether you simply receive the vibrations or chant along, this practice supports emotional healing, heart-centered presence, and a deeper connection to self and others.

I felt some actual breakthroughs humming YAM along with this track. An opening through my heart space. A bit through my surrounding solar plexus. And plenty in my throat chakra. Although what I found most fascinating is the gate that seemed to form blocking my brain from disruption. Only a few thoughts slipped through - although one felt very heart-centric. Will be back again! This is going on my playlist. Namaste 🙏
