Feel the balance between the left and right side of your body.
Are you putting more weight to either side?
Gently close your eyes.
Relax your feet and legs.
Relax your belly.
Relax your arms and hands.
Relax your shoulders and neck.
Relax your facial expressions.
Relax your eyebrows.
Relax your head.
Let's do some breathing together.
Breathing helps us to relax more deeply.
We'll take three deep breaths.
First one,
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Slowly exhale through your mouth.
Second time,
In through your nose,
See if the air can reach your belly.
Out through your mouth with all negative energies.
Last deep breath,
Breathe in through your nose.
Slowly,
Deeply.
Breathe out through your mouth,
Let go of unnecessary energies.
Now breathe naturally,
In and out through your nose.
Shoulders down.
With each inhale,
Feel the air passing through your nose to your body.
When you exhale,
Feel each breath leaving your body.
In through your nose,
Into the air.
Breathing consciously can help connect our heart,
Lungs,
Brain and internal organs.
Our circulation will be better and we feel more relaxed.
Let's do some breathing.
Let's open our imagination.
We fly across time and space.
Think of a place where you have been to which brings you many happy memories.
Or think of a destination that you have been longing to visit like a virtual paradise to you.
Time has stopped.
At this moment,
Nothing matters.
We simply enjoy this happy feeling.
