Everyone has different levels of fear.
We feel not safe,
Insecure,
Worried because we're not sure what's waiting for us out there.
Having problems with our family,
Especially with our mother,
Cannot relax even at home,
Having no place for ourselves in this world,
Or maybe we have in our past lives insecurity feelings being brought down to this life and hiding away in our Akash.
These emotions block our first chakra,
Also known as the root chakra.
Root chakra is the foundation of the whole body.
This grounding meditation is to activate our root chakra and connect our root chakra with Gaya.
When we are grounded,
We maintain balance and a sense of security.
Our intuition naturally opens up as well.
So let's begin.
Please sit down in a quiet place.
Spine straight.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial expressions.
Rest your hands comfortably on your lap.
Breathe naturally.
Inhale and exhale through your nose.
Imagine there are roots coming out of the end of your spine,
Where the root chakra is.
Passing through both legs.
Opening up the bottom of your feet.
All the way down to the center of the earth.
Now you are well connected with Mother Earth.
When we inhale,
We breathe in refreshing energy from Gaya.
Through the roots,
Our feet,
Up to root chakra.
Here we activate our root chakra.
Please use your index finger and draw 7 small circles in the air,
Anti-clockwise.
This action helps us to visualize opening our root chakra.

With each inhale,
We breathe in the energy of Gaya.
Up to our body,
Passing through all chakras,
Each body cell,

Take a moment to feel the energy.
How it is happily moving around inside our body.
When we exhale,
We breathe out all energies that no longer serve us.
Through our legs,
Our feet,
The roots,
All the way down to the center of the earth.
We thank Gaya for receiving our unwanted energies.

Over the past few days,

Which has been bothering you,
The energy which goes with it shall no longer stay with you.
You cannot possibly bring the energy of others onto yourself.
You may feel sorry for the person you so dearly love.
Your emotions may be influenced by them.
But you are not defined by others' energy.
You are responsible for your own energy.
You are safe.
Feel free to adjust your sitting position.
Sit up straight.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your eyebrows.
Natural breathing.

Please feel the energy of each word.
I live in this body.
