The energies of Dragons are back~ Each of us has one or more dragons protecting and helping us in our spiritual journey here on Earth. This practice helps you to connect with your guardian dragon, and receive wisdom and assistance from these divine beings.

On this planet Earth,

The energy of dragons was once very strong.

We can see from many Asian relics and sculptures from around the world,

Using dragon as the theme.

Unfortunately,

The energy of dragons has long been suppressed.

However,

Today with the ascension of our Earth,

Frequencies are rising,

Dragons are coming back,

To protect us and help us evolve.

It's believed that each person has at least one guardian dragon tirelessly supporting us 24-7.

Guardian dragons do exist.

It's time to reconnect with our long-lost friends.

Dragons are strong,

Powerful and full of love.

Their energies are incredibly healing too.

There are many types of dragons,

Like water dragons,

Air,

Fire,

Earth dragons and even baby dragons.

Depending on the type of dragon,

Each has different strengths and abilities.

So let's get ready and connect with our dragon.

Please find a quiet and comfortable place.

Sit down.

Relax.

Let's take a few deep breaths.

Usually,

We only use about 20% of our lung capacity when breathing.

In this practice,

Can you breathe deeper?

Let's try to inhale 100% of our lungs,

Then exhale slowly.

Please begin deep breathing.

We'll stay here for 2 minutes.

Very good.

Now we set our intent for this practice.

Dear my guardian dragon,

I would like to connect with you.

Thank you.

Keep breathing and imagine a ring of fire surrounding you.

360 degrees around your body.

You feel calm and peaceful inside the ring of fire.

Now imagine a beautiful golden light passing through the top of your head,

Seeping through your entire body,

Your hands,

Feet and every single cell.

Continue to breathe slowly,

Deeply.

Now let's enforce our life force energy,

Or you call that chi or prana,

In our energy field.

Put your palms together in front of your chest.

Rub your hands.

Slowly open your hands,

Palms facing each other.

Can you feel a magnetic warm sensation between your hands?

This is the life force energy of our universe.

Try expanding and contracting the space between your hands.

Feel the energy flowing around your hands,

To your upper body,

Expanding further down to your legs and to the entire body.

You may rest your hands now.

Continue breathing deeply,

Slowly.

With each breath,

Keep visualizing a shiny golden energy entering your body from the crown chakra.

Use all the senses to connect with your guardian dragon.

Use your mind's eyes,

Your hearing,

Touching to notice any subtle changes or feelings inside.

When we invite our dragon to connect with us,

Please be sincere and respectful.

If flying thoughts arise,

Gently acknowledge them and let them go.

Then get back to your breathing.

The background music will go on for another 5 minutes.

Finish the practice whenever you feel like,

Or you may want to continue connecting and communicating with your dragon after the music ends.
