Welcome to this portal of wonder and appreciation and cultivating wonder so that it extends into every part of your experiencing.

My name is Carly Patak and I am so honored to join in wonder with you.

And let's begin by wondering together,

How is it that you can hear my voice right now?

All of the amazing aspects of this happening is so incredible.

Starting out with the fact that I am here,

Able to breathe clean,

Fresh air.

I have these incredible vocal cords that resonate and sound like this and you can hear the this I can't say what that this is it's this wonderful thisness that we're experiencing together my vocal cords making this sound projecting this sound.

And here is this tool this instrument.

This microphone.

First of all that the microphone has the ability to pick up vibrations unseen vibrations traveling to it and interpret these unseen vibrations into what we experience as sound.

And not only does this machine,

Pick up this sound it's doing so much more than that.

It's picking up the sound and changing this sound into information,

Digital information that's all zeros and 1010101 we don't really exactly probably know I know that I don't know what those zeros and ones do and how those digital zeros and ones get recorded onto this disc in a series of zeros and ones that somehow makes it possible.

For it to be replayed,

And to be recreated so that there's a little sound maker,

And the other end.

The speaker,

Which is very similar to the microphone How is it that all microphones,

And all speakers they both do both,

You know they're all transceivers and receivers.

And somehow there's this transmission of zeros and ones that didn't only get transmitted directly from my little recorder to your ear.

But there's this whole series of events of transmission from my recorder to my computer to the insight timer.

There are people all along this transition,

Not only writing the code.

What is the code I,

What is computer code somehow computer code is this ability to transfer zeros and ones digital information across space and across time and across platforms to you,

So that this very natural thing that's happening with breath and my voice is being experienced by you in this moment,

As though there were breath and voice coming into your ears.

And not only is this sound coming into your ears.

It's traveling,

Not only through formats,

But through the air as not only digital information but going from some relay systems from your phone most likely to a tower somewhere.

It's not through sound vibration it's not as though that sound tower is emitting a loud sound and you're picking it up.

There's information in the form.

I think,

Who knows Do you know how do we know this information traveling from this tower to your phone with this microphone that emits to your ears and your ears,

Your ears are not only hearing this as blah blah blah blah blah blah blah,

But somehow there's this magical transformation within you of picking up these unseen vibrations.

And what happens these unseen vibrations come into your eardrum,

And they go somehow to get translated by your brain.

These vibrations,

Become what you experience sound,

But not just any sound,

You're hearing this sound as information that you have assigned meaning to this word,

This now this wonder that I am saying that I am speaking in this moment so far away from when you were listening to it.

You have the ability to translate not only the vibrations but translate to the meaning,

And the meaning isn't even a meaning that's logical the meaning is a feeling the feeling of wonder.

What is wonder.

I don't know.

I wonder what wonder is.

Is it a sensation in the heart.

Is it a sensation in the mind.

Is it my spirit celebrating that I am noticing my experience.

Wondering wonder hearing these sounds,

Appreciating all of the work but all of the experiencing that went into you being able to hear these sounds that I recorded in a different place at a different time that you at your moments desire,

Got to pull up Oh I desire to hear this thing.

And I have this ability to make it happen by pushing some buttons.

What are those buttons even do.

How is it possible you can hear this.

How is it possible that you can make the sense of it to turn it into a feeling.

So allowing yourself to just appreciate your own appreciation to wonder your own wondering to carry that out through the rest of your experiences as you wonder your.
