We'll start by relaxing into a comfortable position,
Either laying down or sitting up.
Allow your spine to be straight and relaxed.
Inhale in,
And relax.
Let your hands rest loosely in your lap or by your side,
And if you are comfortable,
Gently close your eyes.
Become aware of your breathing,
And notice how your stomach rises and falls with each
breath.
Now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
All the way down into your stomach.
Gently hold the breath for just a moment,
And then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Allow your breath to carry away all the stress and tension as the air flows out of your lungs.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Fill your lungs up completely,
And hold it for a moment.
Gently release the breath through your mouth.
Empty your lungs completely with your out-breath.
One more time,
Take another deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment,
And then let it go.
Feel how the tension in your body is loosening up,
All the stress subsiding as you relax.
Now allow your breath to return to its normal rhythm,
And continue to relax.
Relax into the stillness,
Settling into the natural rhythm of your breath.
Just let go and relax.
Now envision your third eye as you bring awareness right between your eyebrows.
Tune into the space as you focus in on your third eye,
Connecting with your divine inner light as it illuminates this energy center.
Feel the subtle vibration as it focuses in on your inner landscape.
Envision a soft indigo light enveloping you,
Creating a serene cocoon of energy.
Feel its warmth and comfort,
Providing a sense of protection and tranquility.
Fully embrace this peaceful,
Safe space.
Keep focusing on the area between your eyebrows,
Your mind's eye,
Your third eye chakra.
Now picture a radiant,
Pulsating indigo light emanating from this point.
With each deep inhalation,
