Imagine your attention resting here as softly as a feather landing on still water.
Notice what arises.

Simply observe it with curiosity and compassion.
If it feels natural,
Place one or both hands over your heart.
Feel the connection beneath your palms to your heart.

Begin to slow your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your nose.
With each inhale,
Imagine your breath flowing directly into your heart,

Breathing in for a count of five,

And breathe out for a count of three.

Breathe out for five,

Feel your breath flowing effortlessly in and out of your heart,

As your breath flows through your heart,
