Hey there,

This is Corinne.

Thank you for joining me today as we bring more playfulness into our lives.

First things first,

Find a cozy spot,

Either sitting or lying down.

Take a moment to adjust your posture and make yourself comfortable.

Gently close your eyes.

Let your body relax,

Allowing your breath to flow naturally.

Let's get ready for a journey within.

Remember those carefree days of childhood,

When the world was your playground?

You raced down the streets,

Climbed trees reaching for the sky,

And transformed simple boxes into fantastical worlds.

Play was your language,

And you were the fearless maestro of fun.

Let's revisit that feeling.

Take a deep breath and imagine your younger self bursting with energy,

Creativity,

And infectious playfulness.

Can you visualize them,

Their hair,

Their clothes,

The sparkle in their eyes?

Paint a vivid picture in your mind's eye.

With the music playing for one minute,

Let this moment reinforce your connection with your inner child.

Maybe there's something you wish to share,

A hug,

A smile,

Or just enjoy their presence.

This moment is yours.

Now see them laugh.

Feel the beauty in that laughter,

The pure,

Unfiltered joy bubbling up from within.

Let this laughter wash over you,

Filling your being with a sense of freedom.

Smile.

As you embrace your younger self and come back from this moment of connection,

I invite you to reintroduce the spirit of play into your everyday life.

What if you saw everything through the lens of your youthful self?

How might your inner child handle these moments with wonder?

What fresh perspective might emerge?

What's fascinating is that we are the architects of our experiences,

Selecting the roles we wish to embody.

Have you ever considered work,

Relationships,

Or significant life moments as play?

Where do you play?

Perhaps in this phase,

You're in the role of a parent,

A best friend,

Or exploring something new like going back to school or retirement.

Maybe you're playing being a computer programmer,

A cashier,

Or an artist.

Can you think of it all as a game you've chosen to take part in,

To learn and grow?

Truly embracing the essence of play isn't just about carefree abandon,

It's about engaging with intent and passion.

It requires giving your all to each moment,

Approaching challenges as puzzles to solve,

Embracing new experiences enthusiastically,

And living in the process without obsessing over the outcome.

It's not just about what you do precisely,

It's about how you engage that counts.

Can you approach each day as a participant in the grand game of life?

A game not to be won or lost,

But to be lived and savored.

The rules are unclear,

The outcome uncertain,

Yet the magic lies within the journey.

Playing is a profound way to exist.

So play on,

Dear soul,

For the game of existence awaits your spirited participation.

Thank you.

Bonne journée.
