Today we're doing a series of affirmations for good health.
It's simple.
I say an affirmation and then you repeat it after me.
You can be loud,
You can whisper,
Or say it quietly in your head.
It's all good.
I say each sentence three times so that they really sink in.
And at the end of each one I say thank you.
This can be offered towards a higher power,
To the universe,
Or to your body,
Whatever works for you.
What is of utmost importance is,
As you say the words,
Bring meaning to them,
Feeling them at the same time,
So that the positive effects radiate throughout your body.
Some of the affirmations might not feel true right now.
That's okay.
Try to get your head out of the way.
Say the words.
Commit to them.
And feel them inside like bringing forth their reality.
We're going to take a few long breaths.
