Yesterday was global meditation day and we all meditated.

And I just,

You know,

I was going to be busy at this time.

It was another time zone for friends and it's Sunday.

So let's just do it today.

So we can direct,

We can invoke whoever we want to work with,

But I just wanted to mostly just close our eyes and start to dig deeper into who we are and connect with where we are right now.

And focusing on the present moment more than what we've seen on Twitter,

On Instagram,

The news and to really just be there right now,

Be within our body.

And to connect to our breathing,

To our beating hearts.

And to slowly feel that our aura is getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.

And to feel our highest self join in and sits next to us by our getting bigger aura and to feel this highest self just guide the way,

Show us the colors,

The sounds,

The symbols,

All the things that we want to see or that we are open to see.

And maybe you're already in outer space or maybe you're very rooted into where you are right now.

Whichever way fits you best to consider the planets,

To consider earth right now.

And to feel,

To visualize and to create a story where everything gets better,

To create a timeline into where people communicate with each other,

Where we build communities,

Where we help one another,

Where we are in sync with animals,

With the plants,

With the food we eat,

Where we listen to ourselves as well,

Just who we are.

And to create this beautiful storyline where people get,

You know,

Their health is supported by governments.

They can trust that they are safe,

That they are supported by their loved ones,

That they are working in situations that make them feel sane,

Inspired,

Motivated,

Like they have purpose and they are important on this planet,

Whether they work or they do not work.

But their essence is seen,

Understood.

And the impact that this has on one person is gigantic.

So imagine the impact on everyone,

Everyone,

Including you,

Feeling connected to their highest self,

Connected to their family,

Having open conversations with whichever person you meet,

Abandoning the idea of hierarchy.

There is no world power,

There is no first economy,

There is no third world countries.

We're all sharing our resources,

Our energies.

We are all rich with our history,

With our respect for one another.

Apologies have been made.

Everyone has their independence.

And we just connect,

Communicate with glee,

Bliss,

Respect,

Trust.

We don't think about wars.

We don't have to think about wars.

We don't have to focus so much on politics because it's not a disturbance anymore.

It's harmonious.

It's led by us,

The people.

We are not endangered and we are not endangering other living species on this planet.

And we see the resurgence of many extinct species coming back.

The water is clean,

The oceans are unpolluted,

The coral is back.

And just really visualizing this,

Creating your own story of what is a healthy planet,

A connection with the planet and with each of us.

We are not separated from nature.

We are nature.

For the woman here,

We have cycles and we understand that everything changes with the days and the weeks.

And for each one of us,

We know that we grow with,

You know,

Time is also a loop.

Our nails grow longer and then we cut it and then it grows longer again.

We evolve because we know we have past lives and everyone on earth knows we have past lives.

We attach differently to our own lives.

We attach differently to our identity and we can understand that this here is a chance and we are all equals because you chose where you were born and you've been in other countries,

In other civilizations,

In other belief systems,

In other bodies,

In other genders.

And so you know we're all equal and you know you will be changing parameters in the next life.

So it's all good.

We all respect one another.

And we're all empowered.

We're not victims and we do not believe in the old scripts,

The old fears.

You can see it in the face of your cousins,

Of your young teenage sister.

She does not need to hide or to dim down her light or to overprotect herself because she might become the prey of older men.

We feel safe.

We all are safe because the predators are not here any longer.

They either grew conscious and did their work or they're in jail.

They understand there's consequences to their acts.

But everyone is safe,

All the people you love,

The elderly,

The sick people are being supported.

We all know that next month is gonna be fine and indeed the next six months are going to be fine.

The next year is gonna be fine.

The next year is,

We all have our savings.

We all have our exchanges and supportive communities.

We can help one another.

And more than that,

Life has meaning.

Everyone knows that life has a meaning and that they are here with a path that only them could walk.

They follow their dharma,

Their purpose.

They have effects on others and they create how to connect with themselves and with others in ways that create even more bliss on this planet.

Forests grow back,

New trees emerge,

New species,

New feelings.

I'm sure there's something between bliss and feeling loved.

I'm sure there's many more variations to the emotions we have,

But we just haven't tasted them yet because we don't have the situations to create them.

And so we create the spaces,

The rituals,

The churches of spirituality where we can have our practice in the open night,

Where we can share with others in real life what is communication,

Conversations.

We can dance together,

Sing together,

Eat food together,

Share stories.

And this is not only in our community,

But everywhere across the world.

I can see new shape of arts being created.

Everyone is back to being an artist,

A creator.

I'm sure there's something in the world that we can all be proud of.

I'm sure there's something in the world that we can all be proud of.

I'm sure there's something in the world that we can all be proud of.

Everyone is back to being an artist,

A creator,

To have fulfilling lives until we go back and come into another life.

It's a world where we develop more psychic gifts,

Where we are able to have telepathy going on with our loved ones,

Where we can hear animals and connect with them,

Speak with them beyond words and physical movements.

Where we learn from them,

Whether wisdom is valued,

Whether it's the plant world,

The rock world,

Or the animal world.

We are humble as humans,

And we know that we don't have it all figured out.

And new cities,

New ways of living our experience,

New medicine,

New experiences to be had,

New food,

And life on Earth is all about living and being until we return to our creator,

Our source,

The universe.

So slowly you can come back into your body right now in this room and breathe deeply and take a snapshot of this healed planet and return to it whenever you want to add details,

Intentions,

Or when your subconscious needs to believe that this is possible because that's what we are lacking,

The vision of what it could be,

Of what the unified world could be.

And the more we create those visions and the more we reinforce them,

The more we believe and the more we can create it.

So you can share this with others.

The more we are thinking about this,

The more we can create.
