Hello, welcome to this healing meditation. My name is Capucine Fachot, I’m a Reiki master teacher and healer. This audio piece contains energy frequencies.

This online ceremony comes from the Celtic Wisdom of entering into communion with the natural world and being One with Trees to find healing, direction, and equilibrium.

Welcome to today's video.

Yeah,

We need that rest,

We need that session together today.

I'm so glad you came in.

So I gathered a lot of tools and you tell me what works for you,

We have a few.

I'm a Celtic Reiki,

I'm a Celtic Reiki healer today for you and we're gonna work through different archetypes,

Different healings,

Different frequencies we're gonna create a landscape and yeah,

Let's do it.

Let's set the scene in which you can put all your intentions and before anointing that candle and what we're going to do is carve the solar cross into it,

Which is a sacred circle that is invoked a lot in the Celtic cross.

It's those two lines that meet forming a cross surrounded and globed and compassed by the circle.

This will guide our meditation and our healing.

I was thinking we could use the holly.

I'm anointing the candle with our intentions so we have the solar cross of the Celts,

The cross with the circle and we have the holly.

The holly that will bring us so much.

I also gathered Mary and a cat.

Those are my beloved too.

This I got her in our King's Cake that we have in France,

Where we hid a little porcelain pot and that makes you the king or the queen.

It's on the Epiphany feast that we have in France in the early days of January.

So that's Virgin Mary and that's a little cat.

A little cat that I got from my friend Claudia who got it in Egypt and it's been with me ever since.

She felt like a guide to join us today.

So it's time to start our healing.

So as always I would love to ask you for permission to read your energy and offer you shifts where they are needed.

Of the trees,

Who want to be our guides for today and the holy came through.

I would love to pour the medicine of holy within you via my pendulum that is made out of rosewood,

Via the candle that we set and anointed and inscribed.

I'm just letting the pendulum do its thing.

And as a space gets sanctified,

I would love for us to feel the entire alphabet afterwards.

We're gonna allow all of them to come through into you.

Let's start on that language healing.

I do have a lot of space today to fully work with your entire aura.

And I hope that this allows you to feel all the beauty that has to be offered to you today.

And direction of the tin,

Of the holy,

Of the who in French.

And just allowing that equilibrium to happen as we sense the different parts that are always gauging each other,

Balancing each other.

So we have the left side and the right side of the masculine and the feminine.

We have the up and the down.

We have the lower chakras and the upper chakras that are part of our body,

As well as the roots that we planted to the earth.

Gauging the celestial,

The galactic chakras that are above your head.

And just how they always need to be in balance.

We don't want to just work on one.

We always want to balance the whole system,

The whole circuit of energy that you have.

You're a beautiful being with a lively aura,

With a flow of energy.

And the more you focus on that,

The more you focus on exercising,

Getting into a routine of moving your energy,

Whether it's through physical movements,

Emotional movements,

Allowing your emotions to be digested and processed,

Or thoughts to be noticed and to be,

You know,

Dealt with according to what they are.

Are they true reflections or are they passing thoughts inspired,

Influenced by what's happening in the collective?

And we want you to stay present,

To be.

When I say we want you,

I'm talking about myself,

Obviously.

I'm the one speaking here,

But also my higher self and my guides,

As well as your guides,

Your ancestors.

Okay.

So we found that equilibrium,

That flow that goes back to the unity,

That goes back to you,

The core of you,

The essence of you.

So let's breathe that in a little bit.

Breathing in the sweet grass behind me.

Breathing in the herbicenter.

Breathing in our intentions for today's session.

And I'm gonna let you visualize those roots coming in.

Those roots dropping from your shoulders,

From your hips,

From your spine,

Within your legs,

Within the bones of your legs,

Deep into the earth.

And we want that continuation of your body,

Of your energy,

Those roots to be embracing Mother Earth.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Going deeper and deeper.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You're doing great.

We want those roots to welcome in our Mother Earth,

Our Cosmic Mother,

Our Black Madonna,

Our light.

And to find that unity that we found within ourselves to encompass more and more.

And to let the inner child be embraced by this Cosmic Mother.

Maybe you're crying,

Maybe the inner child is crying.

And now you can rest within her arms,

Within her embrace,

Within her love.

Allow yourself to feel that love.

Omnia,

I'm gonna let a guide come through into you,

Into your eyes,

To let their presence be witnessed by you right now.

Whether it's within a human form,

Animal form,

I'm letting you focus your attention on the highest guide for you at this moment.

And letting them communicate to you the energy that they surround you with.

Whether it's love,

Self-trust,

Faith,

Courage,

Company,

Understanding,

Truth,

Friendship,

Illumination,

Precision.

And let them show you the direction that you're going to face and put your energy into in the next few weeks.

You don't have to accept anything that's been said to you,

But it's more about finding a direction together.

Selecting,

Consciously choosing the direction and to collaborate together,

You and your guide.

So we got the unity,

We got the equilibrium,

We got the direction.

We got the direction.

Now I would love us to come back to the body,

To come back to the breath and to allow your branch,

The energy that you gathered,

To build the branches that are within you,

The projects that will go in that direction,

Towards the light,

Towards the sun.

And so wherever you are,

However you feel,

If you could open your arms and help yourself feel that expansion and reach for the sky,

Knowing that the sky is helping you.

The sunlight is nourishing you just like the cosmic mother,

The cosmic father of the sun is coming through.

Remember we had that solar cross here.

The sun your body,

The cross on this earth,

The cosmic mother.

All the elements are together now and we just got a bird who just joined us.

I love crows.

They've been my guide for many years now and they show me so much love and I feel so much love for them.

Just I'm very glad that one just got to come which is pretty rare to come here on this balcony and show us that we've done work together today.

Beautiful work together aligning that solar cross.

The cross being your body on earth,

Being your incarnation,

Being this body on this planet earth that merges with the sun,

Cosmic mother,

Cosmic father in you.

You are both.

You get to be your inner father,

Your inner mother towards the inner child and that's her message as well.

She's holding a sphere.

She's holding her child.

So it's all about you becoming your own inner parent.

So we got the equilibrium,

The direction,

The unity and we've opened our arms,

We've widened the space between our legs.

We have another bird who just came.

I don't know if you can hear him on the mic and we have my sleeping cat who's just there with us and he's so at peace.

I hope that you feel just as much at peace as he is right now.
